  1. He didn’t sign up for domestic violence just because he’s an A lister. HE is the one being abused. Would you say the same if it were a woman? How disrespectful.

  2. Mutual abuse is common in situations surrounding DV, but who is the instigator? I think what we're seeing is AH is Russia and JD is Ukraine… While they're both in the same fight – they can't be painted with the same brush.

I believe that when all is said and done, JD will bring to light the fact that men can be victims of domestic abuse too.

  3. It was definitely the right move for JD, it's made most people more empathetic towards him not the opposite. He's owning what he's done albeit it difficult for him & she's really not looking good at all.

  4. Ultimately she reported DV, they signed off on a statement that neither party filed a false report. Her statement was accurate. And she had the freedom to make it. Its about his pride.

  5. i’m thrilled doc was found not guilty. this is the sad world of terminal , palative orders or knowing patients are not going to survive when they’re extubated and he allowed them to pass without anxiety or pain. he didn’t help any patients who would survive or wasn’t already in the stage of actively dying

  6. I personally feel like Amber Heard is a narcissist. He may be an addict… he maybe have lost his mind, if I had someone in my life doing shit she was.. I would've lost it to! Love Johnny Depp, always have, always will.

  7. I think this Amber is a pos and evidence shows that Depp is the VICTIM of abuse! It’s on video or audio… she abused him and then profited from her lies! There’s plenty of women just like her such as jada smith and Angelina Jolie … these women are toxic and master manipulators!

  8. Todt put himself on the stand because he's a narcissist, he believes he has an explanation for anything that's believable. Sometimes I feel sorry for the attorneys, they know their client's self-destructive, but they can't stop them… Depp did no favors by exposing his own failings in public. He's going to reap what he sowed — the picture of a nasty, vindictive fellow who didn't exit gracefully from a toxic relationship. His acting aside, after the last ten years, he's damaged goods. His fans will remain his fans, see him in a golden glow; but the people who write out the multimillion dollar paychecks might not. Look at the Depp of "Alice in Wonderland" days and compare him to what you see on the stand. HE'S now bad publicity. I'm sorry for him. Another star who the excesses of extreme celebrity ultimately brought extreme tragedy.

  9. We need more podcasts with professionals speaking on topics rather than random dudes who read wikipedia articles. Good work.

  10. I have so much respect for the eloquence of people in these professions. And because of it I tend to comb through their words.

I loved this episode so much.

Also, I think I noticed Hamilton tends to say "you know" quite often.

  11. This channel is dying. Go back to the old layout! podcast style doesn’t keep anyones interest. People want the re-enactments, the on the crime scene documentary style footage of your anchors going in the thick of it talking to neighbors. I miss watching Anna Garcia shouting at people running into their house “ Sir, do you have a moment to talk about it!?” “ well we’ve been asked to leave the property so we’re gunna go…” I’m crying thinking about it! I need this back in my life!!!!! The podcast sucks!!!! Idk how many times I have to say it before you realize your views have dropped to 1/3rd of your past videos! Please please please!!!!

  12. I don't believe amber she literally took a dump in his bed. No victim of abuse is that conniving and gross towards someone they're afraid of

  13. As for Depp and wondering if it is worth moving on the claims, if it is wise….no matter who you are if innocent of course you want to fight to prove it!!!! Your comments are quite disappointing, are you actually interested in real Justice????

  14. I am very shocked that people working for the Justice system think that no one would be bothered by this man getting the Death Penalty. He committed a crime but you want to do the same without any repercussions. Why one killing is acceptable when the other isn’t? Killing is killing.period.

  15. If Depp didn't abuse his wife, he might be doing it to rid himself of the label of "wife beater". We all knew he likes drugs and alcohol, but "wife beater" is a whole different situation.

  16. I think the "victim" witness in the Barisone case "killed" herself. She was so public (on Facebook) and in her testimony that she wanted to destroy Barisone. And I think pretty much anyone (incl. jurymembers) could almost feel a sensitive Barisone being cornered more and more until he snapped.

  17. Amber heard is pure trash. Lying and manipulative and scheming. Yuck! What an evile vile person. I dont care if he did drugs, or that he made comments about wishing she was dead. People say stuff like that all the time.. it diesnt mean he abused her.

  18. C’mon now. He’s Johnny Depp. He’s always gonna be A-List. He’s a freakin amazing actor. I support him wholeheartedly. By the way, I hear Fantastic Beasts isn’t doing too well without him. I love that franchise but won’t be seeing any more of the movies unfortunately.

  19. You are both making statements on a case you are clearly not following well re the heard/Depp case. The whole testimony he made just yesterday was that he was obsessed with the truth, hearing about his drug use is nothing compared to the heinous false accusations she has made about him. It makes no sense to say he was wrong to bring this case due to skeletons in his closet, no one is shocked by his drug use.

  20. I'm on Johnny's side but please both of you move on the only winners are both your legal council and their legal bills

  21. If you’d been watching the Depp Vs Heard trial you’d know there’s a lot more info to those “headlines” you picked out.
The drug use isn’t hurting Johnny and it’s showing how much he tried to get help, and how much drugs Amber did as well. The witness whose testimony was stricken was because of a lie from a “girlfriend” of AH’s named Eve Barlow who lied to the judge and showed an Instagram post from the witness Gina from the UK trial. Barlow cropped the date. Turns out it was a lucky guess that the witness had watched parts of the trial and admitted to the judge. Barlow was removed to the back of the courtroom where the bailiff caught her on her phone and kicked her out. Johnnys team put a motion forward to have her removed for the rest of the trial for “tweeting” from the courtroom, which the judge granted. The marriage counsellor whose deposition was played for the court, when she said about mutual abuse she did not say physical. Every witness so far has described Amber Heard as being the aggressive one and hitting and punching Johnny for walking away. Just wanted to clarify those couple of points. Thanks.

  22. I love y’all and I love this channel. I don’t mean any disrespect but why do we care about the whole Amber and Johnny thing? Why is it even news, all over the tv like it’s a murder trial or something🤷🏻‍♀️. Idk why I even care to comment. I can’t be the only one who doesn’t care about a defamation case between some people I don’t know. I guess it’s bc they are famous, or Johnny Depp is more famous to me than Amber Heard is. Who even is she? Whatever it is, I hope they work it out😢

  23. ' HE" never was a " danger to society ' That duplucious untalented greedy woman & her equally evil boyfriend SHOULD have been prosecuted for carefully devising a plan to drive I'm.out of his mind & take all he owned from.him .pure undiluted evil ..The devens e did not conjure up an Insanity Plea the poor chap had been under Phtschiatric care for ages before this event occured
Why.no one in the police took seriously the threat they are to AMYINE that gets in their way is the crime here

  24. This lawyer that explained the insanity rules makes alot of sense, he has very good points. I thought the man was insane but having to prove for court I see that would be important I like hearing other lawyers points of views ………….. juries do make mistakes in deciding the verdict so this might be one of them

  25. It’d be nice to hear more about how you think Barisone got off with insanity. Seems bogus to me. It’s not like the Florida kid that ate somebody’s face n stayed at scene. Where you could understand jurors goin with insanity. Barisone to my understanding asked in advance to borrow gun which shows that premeditation. Another thing asked guest to leave office to retrieve gun and was sane enough to drive over and shoot straight enough to hit her in chest twice? C’mon get outta here with excuses at that point. Especially because there’s sane motives. It’s difficult for normal sane people to hurt their kids people can understand insanity in those cases but being upset with some students that are reporting you…

  26. Johnny was right ! It is inevitable that you would have to face your demons from your childhood and drugs cannot fix it …… this a prime example! I hope Johnny finds healing and peace after this . #Justice4Johnny

  27. I'm a horse rider and it does not matter what men are into! If they are narcissists and a beautiful woman steps into their arena no one else can have them so they kill them…
