  1. Since this video, the judge in the case determined that both Goodale and Miller will be tried as adults. His reasoning was that both would be released at the age of 19 if they were convicted as juveniles, and there is not enough time for rehabilitation since one of the boys has already turned 17, and the other will soon. He reasoned that the crime is much too heinous to try them as juveniles. I agree with the judge's decision.

  2. Mark I think you’re reaching with the cabinet thing. Don’t think Heard has every been physically or mentally abused… or intimidated by Johnny whatsoever. The fact that Johnny slamming a cabinet is literally the only video Heard has of him acting “violent” is significant. Heard has secretly recorded him so much and this video is all she has on him?! She is a lying phony and is clearly crying wolf.

  3. As someone with ADHD the defense trying to use the diagnosis against premeditated murder is absolutely ridiculous and embarrassing to those who have ADHD. ADHD isn't an excuse for anything. It shows how the defense has a negative stereotype towards those with ADHD. Also compared ADHD to Autism is apples to orange. Yes its a spectrum but not even remotely close on the scale.

  4. Amber’s Washington Post headline said she was a victim of sexual violence, that’s what she is being sued for. She is a lier. She has no evidence and her on the stand shows her straight up lying to all our faces. Nothing she says add up and there are no tears

  5. Why would a juvy gets a second chance when their victims never get that chance!!!!!! As the victims families grieve for life, the juvy should get life as well.

Btw, I have lupus; am I allowed to kill a couple of people that annoy me🤔

  6. As someone with severe ADHD there is the fact that irritability and impulsivity can be very strong traits in someone. HIS “DIAGNOSIS” IS ALSO CREATING NEGATIVE STIGMA around real adults with ADHD that actually has impact on our lives. How disgusting of him and his legal team to pretend ADHD had any factor in this cold crime.
This may sound contradictory but I do believe the word adult is outdated and should be age 25-26 because the brain development process and adult is just too much of an umbrella word that means something different to everyone.

However everyone is different but I don’t see murder going to juvi in so many other cases of younger people who were abused and no. He should be in jail. He will kill again.

  7. I have never commented but I would like to give you the opinion of several of us that are just the general public watching this circus of a trial. Every time you say you think someone should have talked Johnny Depp out of this lawsuit I cringe. I totally disagree. Although I am not a fan girl of Johnny I have always enjoyed his work and was saddened by how he had fallen from grace. After watching this trial I feel completely different about him. I am glad he has spoken up about the abuse he faced at the hands of Amber Heard. I know that abuse can go both ways but I never hear you speak of the abuse he faced. You speak of how she may be setting the "Me too" movement back but still no comment of how men can also be abused and how hard it is for them to speak out. You simply say "she pooped in the bed" with a sly grin and then move on to how his slamming cabinet doors is considered abusive. How can you not in your position speak on the fact that men should take this as a win regardless because Johnny knows he was a mess with drugs and alcohol yet he was brave enough to put his trash out there to show that men can and are abused as well. I mean you did 2 stories today that show shades of male abuse (Blac Chyna and Johnny) and not once did you take that opportunity to advocate for men. That being said I love your show and thank you for presenting the cases.

  8. To paraphrase a YouTuber I like (because the language isn’t necessarily conducive to leaving up as a YouTube comment) a lot of security video posted on the Internet looks very clear and pristine, meanwhile New York City cameras all seem to be the quality of an adult film from the 70s.

  9. AH needs to be thrown in jail for all her lies and bs!! Was JD a perfect spouse? No.. but she was violent, manipulative, vile and narcissistic! IF she made it up? IF??????? Yes she made it up!

  10. This boy committed a horrible act. Does he deserve punishment…..certainly. But he is a juvenile and I think he should also be given the opportunity to rehabilitate, whether that is after 5 years or 10 (+) years.
And if the juvenile detention center or the prison are both not suitable for that, then it is time to realize an intermediate system.

  11. I’m confused why so much of the public is outraged by Amber Heard but people seem to find Chyna wrapping a phone cord around her child’s fathers neck like a full blown psychopath to be funny.

  12. I know AH is putting up this week but it’s almost justifiable if JD did anything almost like fighting back in defense. I know it’s not excusable but I can somewhat justify his actions living with that kind of behavior. If the trial was over today I would have to say JD won.
