First things first, the fact that this evil perverted waste of oxygen even got the chance to be out on "good behavior" (an idiotic reason to release someone, in my opinion) infuriates me to no end. Second things second, I found it heartwarming that this brave survivor (not victim, survivor!) got to see the detectives who brought her attacker to justice once again.

"If they believe he as been reabilitated, he can come out again" Are you kidding, the two times he got out he didn't even obey the orders he got, and they let him out again? Why do drug deales spend their lives in prison but not sex offfenders or murders? America right?
