First things first, the fact that this evil perverted waste of oxygen even got the chance to be out on "good behavior" (an idiotic reason to release someone, in my opinion) infuriates me to no end. Second things second, I found it heartwarming that this brave survivor (not victim, survivor!) got to see the detectives who brought her attacker to justice once again.
As a sexual abuse survivor myself, I feel Nimol's pain. Lawrence Brown will one day get EVERYTHING he's got coming to him! His ass is grass and God's running the lawn mower!

I'm sorry not only he got out, despite his crimes, but he got out twice? What the actual hell? "If they believe he as been reabilitated, he can come out again" Are you kidding, the two times he got out he didn't even obey the orders he got, and they let him out again? Why do drug deales spend their lives in prison but not sex offfenders or murders? America right?
We're all partly responsible because we don't protest and demand life sentences or execution or at least forced castration on these monsters. They CANNOT be rehabilitated!!!!
