1. I dont think that judge wants to be there..spends more time stuffing her face ..or maybe she has bladder problems ..or maybe she just trusts the cops
   Either way she seems to like saying sustained..i think she is a stain on not doing her job properly

2. Usually it is the lawyers that call sidebar not the judge..she tries to get to involved..when really she should be listening

This case is Complete absurdity, everyone should be tossed in jail until someone breaks their lying & silence… every story is absolutely ridiculous… from butt dials to destruction of evidence, police conduct and conflict of interest, remodel and selling family home of 50 years etc.. the list is a mile long… I hope the FBi is looking into everyone and everything clear cover up and corruption etc! 👨🏾‍⚖️⚖️ the judge auntie Bev would be the first one in jail! 😳

7. In my opinion, I sense Colin Albert isn’t welcome in Brian and Nicole’s home. He is trouble and that could be why Nicole said to him “What are you doing here?” Also why he quickly stood up to leave when Brian and Nicole came home. Saying his ride was there. Only nobody knows if he really left.

8. “I didn’t get rid of my dog, she was re-homed”
   “I didn’t get rid of my phone, I upgraded it”. 🙄 Sure

9. The phone location, movement etc is gone once the phone is gone

10. He wishes they had come into the house to investigate but he has how many years of experience and don’t say ehem maybe suggest it since he’s the senior to these other officers?

12. He and his wife keep referring to the dog as “it”. Which, in my opinion, tells me they got Chloe as a guard dog for protection. Not to be a beloved pet. And if so, she would have been trained to be on high alert and would have absolutely been aware of multiple strangers on the front lawn.

13. It's kinda fun watching the "police officer" being the one getting interrogated….I'll bet he's not a nice man in life and especially in uniform

14. Is it just me or does the judge seem eager to dismiss the jury when the defense is making some very important facts known????

15. I hate how all the Mcalberts keep looking over at the O’Keefe family during cross making sure they still believe them even though everything seems suspicious.

16. Brian Albert is shady & I hope he’s being investigated. A bad liar.

17. Jackson is big jerk. So she paid big money for a big-time lawyer…she still said she hit him. And that’s that.

18. The Alberts can’t recall exact times but somehow they conclude the same time? “Left at 12ish”. It’s so obvious they are lying. 😂

19. Brian Alberts wife said Chloe their dog was always inside except when it had to go outside to the toilet. Brian Albert said John O’Keefe has never been inside his house. So if the dog is always inside, then John must have been inside their house too for him to get the dog bite marks.

20. This guy is so deceptive. This guy made himself look extremely guilty. I would be shocked now if he didn't have something to do with this death or coverup.

21. If the 2nd trial goes ahead will the judge be a different one?

24. I skipped from day 5 to day 10 I’m so done with the paramedic bs,so hope day 10 has some evidence to show or I’m done wit this circus!

25. As much as Brian Albert lies, cannot remember, condescending and combative, I bet he was a top notch cop.
