9. My question is why is this lady Lauren calling and texting John so much if John and Karen were in a serious relationship. Makes absolutely no sense to me. Sounds like these women wanted to stir up trouble between John and Karen.

10. A big thing for me about this case is Kerry. Why would she have any reason to lie for anyone, she doesnt. She seems extremely genuine.

21. Jen's really trying to deny evidence found in reports and data in front of her face. She should be ashamed.

22. One of the most telling issues is, Jen NEVER goes to, John's body to help him. Who doesn't run to their friend who they "love"? She distanced herself as much as possible. Karen, even had to insist (according to Jen's testimony) that they go by 34 Fairview in the morning to look for him. She makes a point of saying, Karen saw him first and "knew where he was" when the other two ladies didn't see him. We know Jen saw the body after he was beat up and we know she knew he was left out in the yard. How? Because of the accusations she makes in her testimony, because of all the, "absolutely not!" answers, because of the dire need to talk with everyone and make certain they knew HER narrative, because as a former fifth grade teacher she RARELY uses a contraction, and because she says NEVER every other sentence. She's a case study in anti-social personality behaviors. Sadly, Karen thought she was calling a friend to help. Karen, should have brought, John's niece to look for him.

23. Defense attacks, Jen McCabe like she lied about everything! Kerry gets on the stand, but no questions for her! They were nervous to ask her questions! Lol! So everything Kerry said was the truth, if no challenge from the defense!

24. The fact no one went outside to see if they left or were coming in or anything doesn’t raise a red flag for me. If they didn’t come in people most likely figured they changed their minds and went home. If that’s what happened. Trying not to be lead by the protests and just watching the trial the defense raised enough reasonable doubt as they should. In my opinion Karen accidentally hit him probably thought he’d get up when she didn’t hear from him she panicked because she knew something worse had happened. Unfortunately the state didn’t bring forth the concrete evidence I would’ve liked to have seen in order to convict Karen. I do not believe a group of friends, police, emergency workers and others agreed to a coverup and a plan to frame an innocent woman.

27. It makes absolutely no sense to me, the jury being out this long unless they dont understand reasonable doubt, or doubt at all. There is more than enough of it. It may end up a hung jury. What a mess! They are not giving Mr. OKeefe the justice he deserves by ignoring the evidence.

33. How come the Judge is allowing petty, gossipy testimony? They're attempting to make, Karen look bad. They're making themselves look bad & are making John sound like a terrible boyfriend.

34. IMO – Jen, kept calling, John's phone because the family couldn't find it and was afraid it would be discovered in the house. My guess is the dog and probably, Colin, Brian Sr., & maybe, Higgins, beat, John up. John, either stumbled out of the house and fell in the yard, or was removed. Possibly, through the basement. The dog was upstairs & Brian Sr. & Higgins went upstairs. I think, John joined them and the attack may have happened there. If, so, John could've stumbled out the front door. Or, he went downstairs to the basement because the gym equipment was there. Some family members were in a competition to lose weight. So, after a couple of beers, showing their bravado, & possibly comparing their progress may have gone to the basement where the altercation began. NO ONE in the house provided any aid to, John. They ALL lack empathy. They ALL went into cover up mode. And, BLAME mode.

35. Waaahhhh! Jen's a constant victim and blames others for everything. She's not on trial…yet. She needs to be tried, convicted, and thrown in prison. Only on Day 16 and the Prosecution has convinced me their witnesses are the actual criminals in this case. Based on their own testimonies.

Jen, manipulates the truth, pretends like she doesn't understand questions, twists others memories to guarantee others see things her way (Poor Carey, the gaslighting she's experienced must be insane. Jen, being there to make certain others remember everything correctly), Uses her "friendship", relationships, fake kindness , charm, fake concern, to divert your attention so she doesn't have to take responsibility for her wrongdoings and neither do her family members, she constantly criticizes and puts down others, "Carey, says, Karen's just a babysitter with benefits", "Carey's a talker". Really, Jen?

37. AS she denies making the searches and leaving "her friend' out in the snow deny she shakes her head yes the entire time. Jen MCCabe, needs to be taken out of the courtroom in handcuffs. It's really sickening not one person in that home had enough empathy for, John to get him help. Curious where the puffer coat he had on came from. Was it checked for DNA? The EMT testified to removing it and how this was handled because cutting off puffer coats makes such a mess.

44. OMG! The Smoking Gun. Karen did not take her shoes off before walking into John's house while frantic and panicking because she clearly knows something's wrong. 🙄🙄

46. OMG! Did I just witness the judge ALLOWING hearsay? She literally allowed Jennifer to basically say,”the friend of my friend said…” WTF am I watching? And why am I still surprised by Judge Vader AKA Judge auntie Bev allowing the hearsay because it benefits the prosecution, but sustaining EVERY objection from the prosecution to harm the defense? I hope she is disbarred and removed from the bench after the national coverage of the this case.

47. 41 minutes in, and auntie Bev is allowing the witness for the prosecution to lambast her FEELINGS.
