   Higgins 100% looks at the prosecution table when he wants an OBJECTION! The CORRUPTION is beyond PROFOUND and OVERT!

9. Allan Jackson clearly caught Higgins in a lie about the basement, but the judge wouldn't let him pursue it. All witnesses, the prosecution and the judge should be charge with perjury and other crimes.

10. “ We have a policy against consuming alcohol and driving a Government vehicle “. BUT it’s ok to get in my personal vehicle and drive wasted 🙄

12. 7:43:34 Mr. Higgins should not be in any type of Law Enforcement what so ever, no pension etc..he clearly manipulated evidence and he should pay the price for said manipulation! All of his testimony is questionable! SIM card was either broken or cut… what the f? He knows exactly what happened to it! Improper use of ATF Agent position and credentials etc… terminated, dismissed indefinitely… no pay! Bye 👋

14. I think Karen was using Higgins to get back at John for when she thought he flirted with Laura’s little sister.

16. The best way to pride text conversations is by handing the phone over. Screenshots could be manipulated.

17. He went back to the station a second time. No cameras to show activity and timeline?

18. The Judge sometimes gets on my nerves, but she is smart and pretty.

19. Maybe Higgins went back to the station to take a shower.. wash off DNA… before going home. but, we wouldn’t know, because nobody checked.

20. Maybe John Higgins hit John with the plow.. and Karen may have seen that as she’s driving off? She seemed to think he was hit by a plow..

21. If Karen struck John while backing up and he was walking away, wouldn’t he have landed face down more toward the mailbox? It seems that if he was struck, it could have been by someone pulling up to the house and hit him while he was walking toward the driveway facing forward. This would cause him to land on his back toward the flagpole. But, we’ll never know because the investigation was botched from the start. Measuring where he landed, taking pictures of how his body was lying, would’ve been helpful.

22. What? Brian Higgins sends Karen a text that’s says “Uhm…well..” and he proceeds to say it was a flirty text. What’s flirty about that? Plus, he says he considered John a friend so why would he flirt with John’s girlfriend ?

26. Jackson is a heck of an attorney. The amount of work and hours he put into this trial are phenomenal! I don't always like his attitude but I admire the man's tenacity. And he controlled his anger and frustration much better than most people could. For a person whose life is on the line, Karen Read held her composure remarkable well. Throughout all the trial so far, her face has pretty much remained expressionless.

27. SUSTAINED!!!! IS THIS FOR REAL??? WHAT A CROOKED JUDGE, SHE SHOULD NOT BE SITTING IN THAT CHAIR!

28. He should’ve been heavily investigated since he was previous flirting with the defendant.
    John will get justice if this was rightly investigated if someone dies in front of my house I’m sure they’re going to get a look inside my house

30. This is insane. This was a coverup that wasn’t even well executed lol it’s almost comical. About 20 butt dials in this case all to/from the people involved at significant points in time, witnesses disputing almost every phone extraction data and police reports as being wrong, nobody sees any broken tail light on Karen’s car or pieces of it missing at the Albert’s house but Brian Higgins happens to be at the police station SWIPED INTO THE SALLY PORT at the time her car arrives and that surveillance tape is MISSING?! This is comical lol how could anyone on earth think Karen Read did this

31. Do all this witnesses have a make up artist? Colin Albert, Brian Albert Jr. and now Brian Higgins all seem to have eye liner underneath their eyes…

32. There is a butt-dial-epidemic in Canton. This is so ridiculous. One butt dial… maybe. But(t) three people in the same case butt dialling at crucial moments of the case? Give me a break!

33. IMO the defence is doing a phenomenal job of setting Brian Higgins up as an alternative suspect.
    Karen Read's flirting got him all hot & bothered… then ghosted him!
    Brian Higgins left the party house earlier than most of the crowd.
    He also drove a Jeep with a snow plow blade on the front which was parked right in front of the house, immediately beside the driveway!!!
    I'm just sayin!!!!!

34. I never heard a witness ask to “rephrase the question”???? 😮

35. Key word in Higgin’s testimony?! “Circle of Trust”?!!!!! 😮
