1. The 1st paramedic was an excellent no nonsense witness. Who appeared truthful and at ease. Stark comparison to others. Interesting.

3. An hysterical female screaming several times “Is he dead?” outside the home on their front lawn, lots of bright flashing lights in the wee hours when it’s quiet out and no one comes outside ? Hmmmm 🧐🤔

4. David is asking the same questions that Alan asked with Officer Saraf. So far It seems they are attacking Jennifer character and making Karen to be the caring girlfriend.

5. what does snow removal responsibilities at the fire department have to do with this case?

7. Prosecution and judge seem "put out" by having to do their dang jobs lol

8. This judge is awful, she sounds annoyed, bored or something with her tone and all the sighing

11. So the ambulance driver could hear screaming from the ambulance when they pulled up, but the Officer inside the house didn’t hear anything and didn’t come out? Cha Right!

14. Best witness I've seen in a while – the EMT. A little obnoxious but . . confident, appears to be telling the truth, thorough, knows his job position backwards and forward, unbiased, polite – I trust him. As for the Judge, she has a very different demeanor. Perhaps she is paying close attention but I'd bet she'd rather be at the salon getting her hair colored and her nails done.

35. That is crazy testimony, you would remember every word that happened when you complete a report the day of and also the next day. Things just don’t come up four or five months later and then to change the verbiage is crazy.

38. Heard vs Depp the lawyers always had to explain why they were objecting. This judge does not seem to do that. Is there a reason for that?

43. Man this judge is so biased. I've never seen a judge sustain objections without clarifying what the objection is for. She needs out of that position

46. Don’t trust that judge. She’s not allowing the defense to persue things. Big mistake lady.

47. It is unfair for Attorneys to just say “objection” in a courtroom without providing grounds for the objection. The judge needs to control the courtroom and objections to ensure a fair trial.

48. This first medic/FF comes across as incredibly arrogant and not professional. "Yep" and such shouldn't be used.
