4. I just want someone to answer how if Brain Higgins was still at the house when Ms. Nagel went out to talk to her brother, how come nobody ever saw his Jeep? The truck Ryan was in and the Jeep Mr Higgins driver were reportedly in the exact same spot. Impossible.

5. I really wish someone would count how many times the judge overruled and sustained for each side and then gave me the percentages. It is sickening how much she let's the prosecutor get away with but the defense doesn't even get a chance to do their job and try to defend their client. They need a new judge in a new county (preferably across the state 😂) if she's ever gonna get an opportunity for a fair trial.

9. Mr. Jackson, you have my sincere admiration for being a top-notch attorney. Your tenacity and perservance for detail is second to none. Ms. Read is more than lucky to have had you on her team. It is an honor to observe you in action.

13. The judge, DA, ADA and all the troopers need to be charged with prosecutorial misconduct. Ethics complaints need to be filed on the judge and ADA for lying to the jury and the public.

14. She hit the truck!!!! That’s what happened to her tail light! That alone exonerates her! Every piece of “evidence” from the prosecution has been debunked!

16. If Law enforcement had done their job honestly and appropriately, they wouldn’t be afraid to answer the defense’s questions instead of bobbing and weaving and not answering a direct question straightforward. It’s embarrassing.

18. These items discovered by bukhenik and proctor are SO SUSS. Supposedly they were buried under snow and uncovered with shovels and instantly photographed… and yet there isn't ANY SNOW under or around them or touching them… the area 100% was cleared and then these were placed

19. It is unbelievable that the pieces of plastic were found scattered all over the yard at 34 Fairview. Any accident reconstructionist knows that plastic from impact falls at the point of impact-it' called GRAVITY-yet these pieces of plastic are scattered all over the end of the yard, and not found during shoulder to shoulder searches but later seen by Canton PD officers while driving by. LUDICRIOUS!

20. how is the footage inside the garage even allowed to be shown in court. its clearly doctored.

21. So confused law enforcement was not concerned about trying to do a recreation of the “hit and run” to prove their case. Not to mention all this potential contamination. Very incompetent. Aside from the amazing defense, the witnesses are giving the jurors reasonable doubt.

23. Why would a straight cop get into a car with a belligerent and jealous witch after pumping her up with 9 shots of vodka? This was a richly deserved Darwin Award nobody could save him from receiving.

24. This judge is showing so much bias that it makes it tough to watch. Shame on her…

25. this case will get thrown out, the sad part is how the two kids tesitfy about karen, and how mean she was to them, and john told her to leave but she refuse.

26. The judge is harsh on Jackson and always catering to Lally. A womans life is on the line for murder and all Auntie Bev is worried about is wrapping up the case, smh. It takes as long as it takes!

27. Why not just put her computer from her car, it literally would say if she put the car in reverse at that time and where. She is innocent and I fully believe that. This horrible corrupt cops and there family are terrible terrible people

28. Would clothes be soaking wet in freezing blizzard temperatures when they found John that morning per Bukhenik’s testimony? Don’t people freeze dry their clothing in winter? But if it was freezing cold, the 'Dry snow' has little to no liquid water content. When they used snow blowers the snow looked dry and was easy to blow the yard while looking for evidence. Which makes me think it wasn’t wet snow ❄️ Karrie said they had to also wipe snow off his face in her testimony.

29. Why did Bukhenik lie in cross about how he identified himself and Proctor in the sallyport video?! He identified himself as the guy in front when questioned by Lally then denied that he said that when questioned by Jackson!!! These people are so evil.

30. I love how she's going to go back to read something from the CW "for a few minutes" until noon but the defense couldn't show 10 seconds of the thumb drive. F that B

31. When neither side object, seems the Judge reminds them half the time and for not wanting to waste side bar time? This whole trial seems to be clinging to the sides like a cliff edge.

32. I can’t stand the bias of this judge another moment. It’s infuriating
