Oh my gosh , so Officer Goode just testified that in 2009 Timothy Albert (brother of Brian Albert) was involved in a moter vehicle accident , fled the scene and drove to 34 Fairview and was arrested! Judge only lets the Defense “very briefly” question on it. Canton PD Lank and Goode got him off with only a misdemeanor! Chris Albert also involved in MVA but led to the death of someone! In this case the Judge’s brother got the case to only 6 months in jail! Chris Albert also involved in a bar fight and case was dismissed. When the defense attorney asked about Tim Albert case getting dismissed, the judge immediately striked and asked for a side bar. 😳 Judge then concludes by saying “the Alberts aren’t one entity”. 😮. Sure seem to be one corrupt and gross family and this judge is BIASED

16. I would love to know what the objections are from the prosecutions before the judge agrees. Wtf. I dont believe commonwealth law is different than other state laws so why is this proceeding different?

17. Even if she gets a guilty verdict she’ll win an appeal at this point. The judge is clearly trying to help prosecution and this is infuriating because either she did it and she’ll have grounds for an appeal with this sham of a trial and the family won’t get justice or she didn’t do it and nobody will investigate because they’re so ‘certain’ she did it. Another great example of our faulty justice system

24. I have a different take on this so far. It’s hard to believe all of them are in on it.

    However, if Karen didn’t hit him (which I could see an accidental hit happen and not know it if she was drunk- my mom hit a truck and never knew it. Kept backing into it bc she was drunk),I could see a fight/argument happening at a party of drunks, and O’Keefe either stumbled out and hit is head on something or other and knocked himself out in the cold.

    (Coming from someone who grew up with angry drunks that this very thing could happen)… why we are no contact.

    And shoddy police work results in no one knowing the truth of what happened.

43. Well questioning about the 2009 hit and run proves those guys don’t conspire now doesn’t it? did they leave and say we don’t know who did it or did they blame it on someone else???
