9. When I saw how they handled the evidence I saw how they bungled everything. Red Solo cups? Are you kidding? Placing them in a grocery bag, not an evidence bag? Wow.

12. Okay, this is my take on this. Karen was angry and drunk and did hit him with her SUV. Thinking that he wasn't hurt, she left him at the friend's house. When he didn't come home, she realized she really did hurt him and went bizzurt. I say this because why would she immediately start streaming when she calls people. I think she would be concerned, but ask if they know where John was? She didn't do that because she knew what she did!!

13. Why is the judge coaching the prosecution witness? She shouldn’t tell her if you don’t know the answer don’t answer it. Never in my life have I ever heard a Judge say that.

14. Why was Karen at the bar when the guys were together!?!?! That's weird to me! I wouldn't want to be at the bar with my boyfriend and his buddies especially at that age! Seemed not trusting to me! Just wierd!

15. So one of the first EMT ‘s to the scene under oath stated that the male person they had been dispatched to tend too as he was in conscience laying in the snow, stated the person was dressed appropriately and even mention in the back of the ambulance that PO O ‘Keefe had a puffer jacket on when they were talking about cutting his clothes off.. as seen in this video of moving his truck okeefe had a sweatshirt on, and this witness said he never knew O’Keefe to ever wear a jacket . Houston there’s a problem. Also the last witness a Lt from Canton police dept said he doesn’t know if he even put evidence tape on the bag with evidence from the scene, or if he knew how to put evidence tape on the bag, the Lt, stated he didn’t know. In the picture the police evidence bag was wide open sitting on the floor of the police department garage wide open. Houston we have a problem.. I am not nor have I ever been a police officer, however I have a degree in criminal justice, evidence collection and storage was one of my classes. That is evidence should have been in a closed container, than put in the bag, the top of the bag folded and evidence tape wrapped around the top of the folder bag, with his initials put on the ends of the tape, there is also an area of the bag that asks the evidence number po bagging the evidence, the date, incident and d where the evidence is from at the crime scene… If and I say IF this lady in some way gets off these charges it because of those involved that did not fulfill their job duties. RIP Officer O’Keefe !

16. So far not one shred of evidence against the defendant theres more evidence that the cops are horrible at their job cops these cops are a disgrace teat invesgating

18. Did Karen try to call the home of the Alberts to see if her boyfriend was still there? I would have thought that would be the first thing to do or if not, to drive there to check before waking up other people.

19. I believe Karen knew she backed over him, partcially running over him, knocking him unconscious. All long knowing John was badly hurt, lying in the snow. When he didn't come home, she knew exactly where he was, and most likely died there where she left him. She 'acted' historically all morning, through everything hopefully showing family, fire and police she had no idea.. She put on a big show to convince everyone she was home sleeping, unaware of anything.. repeatedly asking if he was dead (yet)

20. The judge seems crankily hard of hearing. I mean, I've been there, but everyone seems plenty loud?

21. The attorney friend that was at bar seemed to be very sure O’Keefe and Read were very lovey with each other. He emphatically said “absolutely” about them being affectionate.

22. Oh my word!!! The prosecutor is asking the most unnecessary questions!! “How many high top tables in bar?” “How heavy is glass?” “Was there a live band?” 🙃😆. What, if anything, does that have to do with anything???

23. I cannot stand this judge. The bartender was on the stand with a few minutes to go and Bev just decides its lunch. WTF

24. Not one of these "gentlemen" offers Karen a seat. what a bunch of jackoffs
