1. Prosecutor is not happy that the defense has the audacity of asking questions not related to the weather or the type of drink Karen was having.

2. This is just one of a gazillion elements of this case that just don’t add up, unfortunately right when a question comes up to shed any light the judge stop it from coming out…. It all stinks to high heaven is what my grandma would say! 😂🤣currently watching this again, I found her not guilty on all charges! ⚖️👨🏾‍⚖️

6. Did ANYONE TELL THESE WITNESSES, WHEN YOU SWEAR TO THE TRUTH…….that crossing your fingers 🤞doesn’t count!! You still must tell the truth!!

7. Between the prosecutions constant objections and the judge not allowing any of them I would vote not guilty just out of principal..

8. Ugh how many times they ave to approach the bench? While judge sustains every single objection. His responses are so weird but his attorneys on it.

9. Kinda convenient that the judge calls it a day just when he's getting the witness uncomfortable

10. I get it's a small town & the local cops being connected to the people involved but they couldn't get any state investigators that weren't closely connected to these people? Strange to me.

20. I'm not sure why there is a prosecutor when the judge is doing the job for them. She constantly interrupts the defense, objecting and constant sidebar to throw the momentum of the defense off.

24. Why would the judge not allow defense to ask Julie Albert about the phone call she made to Detective Proctor? She made the call…there is evidence in writing…

25. Sniffing, scratching his face constantly, all signs of deception and lying.

26. So you live in a small town and you’re expected not to know anyone. People, this defense is SLIMY. The questions he asks are ridiculous. Just because you are friends and police officers DOES NOT mean you’ll cover up a murder. Karen is guilty and I hope these people they’ve drug thru the mud sue her and this law firm. To come up with this crap as a defense IS RIDICULOUS…don’t have any friends because if a drunken woman kills her BF and you know people or it’s on your lawn it’s a cover up… in my experience guilty people, in order to get off, will A. Say it’s a cover up or conspiracy or B the investigation was shoddy…people, it doesn’t take away from Karen inserting herself in the guilty seat. I’ve come back to listen but the state has proven it was her. She was the last to see him, first to find him in a snow bank covered with her broken glass nearby, and her taillight as well..if my husband hadn’t come home I wouldn’t be in someone’s front lawn hysterical and acting crazy…I’d make phone calls…she knew what she’d done which is why she wanted to go look for him… why she was acting hysterical as well….she did say she hit him but then retained counsel and back tracked…it was snowing and a blizzard that night to expect a perfect crime scene is far reaching…they knew who did it so why would there need to be a big investigation?? Karen is guilty. She shoulda just said it was an accident and took her punishment. She’s a narcissist and I bet all the Karen fans are just that because how could a petite, somewhat attractive woman do this?? Watch deadly woman lately…??? She should be ashamed and these defense attorneys use trickery and badger…. If I was the Alberts I’d have moved to..all that harassment…and to the public ..please stop acting like animals.
