2. The defense is on fire. They're even poking fun at the lying paramedic from the first day with Julie Albert.

3. She proves she is such a Crooked judge time and time again. Dismissing a reporter for something he hasn’t even been tried and convicted on… yikes that’s definitely asking for a huge issue later for her. So much for innocent till proven guilty proven guilty. She’s definitely getting kickback or something to side so heavily and biased with the state

4. Honestly most people who have friends / family over do not know where everyone parks outside yet this family does !!!! Please

5. My tv must not show the judge much during trial because im not seeing or hearing any of her behavior problems like everyone is talking about. She seems fair to me . I keep looking for her bias to the prosecution, but i don't see it yet. Ill keep watching for it lol

6. 5:34:39 On the Boston police force for 30 years an he doesn’t get up with all the commotion going on out on his front yard… my foot… the dog, engine noise, yelling etc…I would ask when he typically got up, to go to work, and was he a light sleeper etc… lots of stuff about his routine etc… then I would fact check it against everyone he has ever lived with…. to the enth degree 📜! 🤔😳🙋‍♂️

7. Brian goes to a fallen officers funeral and then participates in the cover up of a fellow officers murder! PSYCHO

10. Question…. I might have missed this. I thought Chris Albert testified he didn’t exchange phone #’s with John ? If so, and if he wasn’t personal friends with him, why was he texting him to come to the Waterfall? He said earlier he didn’t have his phone # 🧐🤔

11. In my opinion the Real Housewives of Canton didn’t like Karen because of jealousy. She snagged John and the women were probably smitten with John. Which is also why the guys didn’t like John. Their poor little fragile egos were envious of him. It just seems that way. You got a bunch of meathead men and insecure gossipy women. The whole group is just gross. In my opinion John was set up and they framed Karen

16. They say Karen backed up into John, but wouldn’t John have been facing away from the vehicle while walking toward the house? How could she hit him where he would land on the lawn face up. It doesn’t make sense. If he was walking toward the house, it makes sense that someone hit him as they were driving toward him. But what about the deep scratch marks? This is too complicated.

17. A few people said Karen said she hit him. Could the sister in law have prompted that thought in her mind? Perhaps she suggested that John was hit prompting Karen to think maybe she did? There’s too many possibilities. Too many holes.. no way she’ll get convicted.

18. Hard to believe all those people left and no one saw John laying on the lawn. I’m beginning to think that someone else struck John by mistake.

19. Nicole Albert has been the best witness. Very credible.

20. It’s a possibility that John was struck after Karen dropped him off. Perhaps he was walking up to the house and was struck by someone arriving.

23. These people sleep a lot better than I do. Even with curtains and blinds closed, lights will come thru the windows. The fire trucks and ambulances have loud, diesel engines, even when idling. They must have been passed out instead of sleeping to not hear any commotion or see any flashing lights, or people screaming.

24. Has anyone else noticed JO's brother having sat in that same spot for days just to stare KR down. He looks at her with such contempt.

25. I’m not saying it’s against the rules or improper whatsoever, but it’s weird that the judge explicitly told counsel to object without stating the grounds. I’ve never seen that before, it’s very weird
