3. The defense is trying to do his job but the job seems to only allow the state to do watever.

4. Why does the state get to allow witnesses to misstate reports but defense always gets sustained. I really don't think he did it with wife.

11. I don't care for Prior either but I think he's doing an effective job of inserting seeds of reasonable doubt, which is his job. We have a judicial system that provides for a reasonable defense and defendants are innocent until proven guilty. I think the prosecution is doing a fantastic job at redirect and driving home their points, which are supported by evidence. There is enough evidence, I am sure. One thing that I take exception to is when he (Prior) keeps saying "dug your mother out of the ground" with an inordinate amount of disdain. That is just plain disrespectful.

13. I think lori killed more than 1 husband. When chad told alex he would kniw when to do it. I think he was talking about killing himself.

14. Tammy was such a pretty woman. Next to the harlot, she was beautiful. Lori was ugly on the inside and outside.

20. Seems this court has no care for the Jury’s time or lives! They expect jurors to miss weeks of work as they waste time by having such short days.

28. It sounds like chad and tammy looked at photos straight after. Maybe with the trauma Chad was able to convince her it wasnt a rifle. Otherwise what what Alexs reason for being near their house on the occasion she was shot at and the night before she was found dead.

30. It’s so irritating listening to cross examination. I was particularly irked when he was talking about Alex’s internet searches and asked if the detective if he had looked into Alex having a big game hunting license…then just moved on. Like, did YOU look into it, Prior? You’d think an attorney with two brain cells to rub together would have that evidence to show if that were the case. He thinks he’s so sly planting that little seed of doubt..no bro, you’re just a slime ball.
