12. I think it's rather unfair for people in the comments to complain about the number of breaks or how short the days are. These aren't "short days" when you're listening to evidence. And all the lawyers have other cases, the judge has other fixtures, the jury members have their own obligations … and for the jury, it's an awesome, frightening responsibility. They'll decide Chad's guilt or innocence. they must be exhausted at the end of the day.
