I truly believe the defense attorney should be removed as a lawyer going forward. Practicing law should not be allowed for him. He behavior is unacceptable .

Prior is CONSTANTLY testifying!!!! Why doesn’t the state speak up! Force him to draw the info from the witness instead, the way he makes them do so!?
Example: “what was chads position in the ward?” And “Was does that position mean?” “Is there a hierarchy?“ Instead he says “wasn’t Chad in a priestly position?…A HIGH position in the faith?! A position of great eastern and isn’t it an honor?”

Prior IS testifying constantly! His questions are improper! “Are you aware that this was his only life insurance” instead of “are you aware of any additional insurance he may have had?” Ans Boyce allows it! Grrrrrr!😡
Yet when the state asked “what is it that you found odd about him coming in so soon after his wife died” prior objected saying it wasn’t relevant and Boyce sustained!

So according to Heather, Chad told her that he was woken up by Tammy falling off the bed and the thud it made but then he also said that she was stiff and dead for hours. How does a dead person fall off the bed?

All these mormons, are strange and scary, Arizona, Utah, and Idaho are the hubs of these distorted individuals. I think this is part their warped religion, and part their convoluted ideas. Scary to think these folks are part of society. And Chad is the male version of his mother. Her testimony was very bias, not surprising though.

Daybell's lawyer completely lost me during the questions about this email from the sister-in-law and all the details about mormonism.
What was it about? I didn't understand the connection to the murders in question and above that it was so unbelievable boring(ly presented).
Far out how could Lori blatantly lie like that to law enforcement (or anyone!) about where Jj and Tylee were knowing they were already buried 😭😭😭😭😭

Tammy was playing all these same games and marking others as dark. The arrow came around and stopped on her. I really don't feel that bad for her, not when she was doing it to others. I think her son helped end her. Chad told him it was God's will AND HE HELPED HOLD HER DOWN. That's why he wouldn't talk. This whole Group of people are warped. I cringe every time another one gets on the stand. The sister in law is the first normal one I've heard. I hope all these people that even listened to him without saying anything are ashamed of themselves. They ALL played a part in these people dying by not speaking up and putting an end to this weak disgusting person's nonsense before it every got started.
It astounds me that one of the core arguments in Prior's defense is about Mormon beliefs and yet he acts like he's never heard of even the basics about Mormonism before. As if in all these years of working on this case, he only heard about Mormonism yesterday. I would think he would have wanted to become the local expert on at least the basics so he's not stumbling over his questions on cross. Is there some kind of benefit to acting like Stakes and Wards are so mystically complicated and confounding that gosh darn it, he just can't ever grasp the concepts? He can't even get "stake" and "state" straight, and yet the normalcy of Mormon beliefs – and thus by loose association, his client's – is somehow the core of his defense. He should know exactly what Chad's job title was. He should know exactly what all these hierarchies are, especially since they've been explained to him by several witnesses already. He acts like he's just hearing them in the moment. It's not like he's going to trip up a life-long Mormon on these facts while impeaching them. It's nuts.
So this fraud has been trying to form a cult for years. Thank goodness his brother's family didn't fall for it. Even his visions weren't real, they were based on another woman's experiences. Ridiculous!
So saddened for the deaths of all concerned, and Chad Daybell just sits with no emotion. 😢
