9. Sometimes this judge's rulings on objections feels like a coin flip. Like he's just trying to appear unbiased rather than actual considering the merits. Not always, but sometimes.

10. So who saw Melanies husbands lawyer nodding at him on the stand? The judge? Interesting to say the least.

    She honestly believed and practiced everything Chad & Lori said

12. Wonder how Chad is feeling , seeing all of his 'followers' abandon and testify against him.

17. How does Prior forget to use the mic EVERY single day? Even after the judge reminds him over and over and over again.

18. Anyone else beyond shocked that they put Melanie and Ian on the stand

19. Melanie is the kind of girl would have shown up in Jonestown give her kids the juice and maybe drink it too. But not cry for them if she has lived and they didn’t.

20. Not gonna lie, I wouldn't hire Prior as my defense attorney. He asks the stupidest questions, which most of the time makes no sense or proves the prosecutions point.

    As a juror, I wouldn't believe a point he's trying to make after he asked: Would you be surprised to learn that the house was a one story? Well, he was right. The house itself is one story, but then later on, it shows to have a 2 story above the garage. But that was rather a sleazy move. Prior lost credibility with me than, and from that point on, it made me question every point he's seems to try to make. He seems unprepared and helping the prosecution.

21. The one thing I like about this trial is that the attorneys ask for permission to do things and they don't pace around in the well. They stay at the podium. They're all very respectful of the court in Idaho. Not like South Carolina at all. They don't lurk behind the witnesses while they're talking to them.

24. If I were in the jury I'd be completely confused with the timeline of things by now. Hopefully they summarize in the end!

25. Melanie appears to be trying to change her identity. She looks and sounds like a teenager with an attitude. Its as if being a witness in the trials of her cousins homicides is putting her out. She doesn't seem to remember anything very well. Youd never guess she attempted to kill her own ex-husband. She knows way more than she is saying. If the state made a bargain with her and she just lied under oath, they need to take back that bargain. How does someone live with Lori and know nothing? I am surprised they didn't ask her more about her interactions with Chad and what she knew about the kids. I wonder if they made an agreement to take some questions off the table.

26. Prior…wrong again! STOP stating questions as facts! You are NOT the witness, and really not that slick at trying to make people answer your questions in a differnt way than they already had just necause you make an assine statement and follow that up with "right?" ot "Isnt that true?" It hasnt worked once!

28. How Chad Doucheball managed to find the most gullible people kn the entire world is beyond me
    Most of us would have heard the total bs coming out of his porthole and laughed in his face
