1. Prior insisting alot of opportunities to question well on things and then asks questions that are pointless, he should've had a better attorney for the value of that property

4. Anyone else get confused when Prior was questioning Samantha Gwilliam ?

5. The look on chad daybell, shows he is aware that the evidence speaks for itself. And he knows he's done, he's future is life time in prison, if not the DP.

14. Why would Chad's name be on the headstone if he is still alive?
    Where would that be placed?
    (I only know headstones with the name, birthdate and date of the passing, sometimes also a title or jobdescription, rarely a poem or quote – how would you inscribe it with the husband's name if he is still ALIVE? "Wife of XYZ"?) Maybe that's a cultural difference between the US and my country. To me it's completely odd. There shouldn't be another name on the headstone. That's the place to put the name of the dead…

15. Doesn't Prior confuse non-fiction with fiction again? As I understand it, Chad's books are perceived as fictitious, aren't they? I mean don't they contain a lot of magical stuff (to a extent which is even too much for LDS-beliefs), otherwise readers might think he is crazy. If they are MEANT to be true stories… That would totally suggest he is delusional or willingly trying to make himself out as a prophet/cult leader. That can't be what Prior wants us to believe… In any case he undermines his own point and probably confused the jury. I don't get with his fiction/non-fiction-fixation.

16. If Chad really was "just writing a new book" with the James & Elena story, then why was Lori the only one who kept copies of any of it?

18. Thus Judge needs to educate Judge Ryan running the Treadmill Dads case on how to run and manage a court room – He is Slllllloppy no control over his court room at all, so unprofessional it’s not funny..
