5. The desdain in Prior's eyes towards detective Hermosillo is so intense. It's obvious he detests him with a passion. Too bad for you Prior, this is the man, the brought out to light the evil crimes from your client.

6. I am glad Hermisio (sp?) closed it out.

7. No one fought for their Mom because they all believe that Mom is still talking to their Dad and is happy where she is. They are all drinking the cool aide.

8. Pryer was trying to get the doctor to say he was biased. Why would a doctor say, "yeah I am a biased doctor and I am just doing this to throw a guy I don't know under the bus?" I hope he doesn't think the jury would be;ieve this.

9. I can’t help but giggle every time I hear “Mr Bailiff.” I think of that as a puppet in Mr Roger’s Neighborhood.

10. I can’t believe the State hasn’t brought back Emma, Garth and Emma’s husband for rebuttal and for Ms Blake to lead on the questioning. It feels like a huge omission and would I am sure hammered home that all of their testimonies are dodgy to say the least.

11. Chad Dumbell is so lazy that he thought resorting to have another dumbell do his dirty work instead of formulating a brilliant plan to do it himself would not trace back to him. I am excited for the final chapter of the dorky James and Elana story. His fellow inmates are going to take him by the Storm.

12. It really feels like some of the Daybell children were involved in trying to cover this up.

13. This trial is over, just the hoops. Closing statements are Wed., thinking there will be a verdict of guilty before the week's end.

14. Prior is a nasty individual who must lead a very lonely life. With his personality I can't imagine him having any real friends. In my opinion he is a perfect example of a crooked and defense attorney.

16. In my opinion Prior is a loser and knows it. He doesn't care if his witnesses lie under oath as long as it isn't traced back to him and he doesn't care that his client is guilty he only seems to care if he wins at any cost.

17. Is it just me or has Mr Wickson made some mistakes here in this trial?

18. I cannot believe the prosecution didn’t call back Emma with marked jail house calls showing how she was coached by her dad in daily calls, how she spoke to Lori in jail… I just don’t know why they’d drop the ball like that. I also don’t know why she’s allowed to take mattresses down from the cozy cone at Chad’s request and potentially hide evidence. I also don’t understand why prosecution didn’t have a large graph showcasing the phone activity of chad during testimony to further establish/cement timeline. Hopefully the latter will come out in closing — not calling Emma back feels like a fail.

19. I had a dream this morning that they called Lori as a surprise witness and it was the absolute testimony of the century 😄

21. Prosecution rested rebuttal. Jury and public excused. Both parties and judge prepping exhibits and jury instructions. Tomorrow is closing for both parties. Then kity starts deliberating
