Not sure why Prior doesn’t comprehend that as soon as the jury hears about the life insurance fraud scheme he perpetrated as a result of Tammy’s death- that the jury won’t feel totally frustrated with Priors time wasting on questioning the witness related to Lori’s scheme of fraud related to life insurance for Tylee & JJ.
IOW Johnny, it’s all about the totality of the evidence- as you know-that puts the entire conspiracy to commit murder of Tylee, JJ & Tammy…in perspective… and your client is going to be convicted.
The prosecution should have continually objected during the defense’s cross of Duncan. John Prior was testifying himself and spinning a narrative instead of asking questions.
