1. Ok, time to sit through THIS Trial Again! 2nd time around should be interesting

2. I've never heard a judge interrupt as often as this judge. She tells the defense attorney he hasn't made a particular argument yet, but of course he hasn't because she keeps interrupting him. It's obnoxious.

3. YANETTI- the definition of a bada$$. When Lally quotes case law to try to keep YOUR evidence out using case law only to realize you ARE the case law.

4. 01:01:30 Wanting to redact the manner of death on a death certificate in a 2nd degree MURDER case by the prosecution is a "common motion" per Lally and should be determined by the jury instead of the ME. He states it's "inappropriate" for the Dr to comment "OR DETERMINE" the MANNER of death in her own death certificate? and ONLY the jury should decide tht. This is preposterous .As Atty Little pointed out in the 1970's case law- in that case the defense didn't want the jury to hear the ME say the manner was "homicide" and implicate guilt. Lally doesn't want this jury to hear the ME list the manner stated as "undetermined" and suggest the possibility of innocence…

8. This is the most rude judge I’ve ever seen, she’s clearly biased as well. Wow, not sure how she is even a judge with her behavior. It’s appalling

9. I never watched this before now. Spicy! The judge should have dismissed the case after Yanetti dropped his bombs. I notice Lally was still saying Colin Albert wasn't at the house and a few weeks later he'll put him on the stand and elicit testimony that he WAS there. He's such a liar. It's hilarious that Lally accidentally cited YANETTI'S CASE to argue against him. His rebuttal was so panicked and ineffectual. The judge and the CW look corrupt because they can't possibly believe what they're saying. I chalked it up to stupidity or being bad at their jobs at first until I went through the pre-trial hearings. They knew all this information and they misconstrue, deceive, and lie about facts. It's not an "interpretation" what Karens says on this or that video. Multiple times Lally just LIES about what the video shows and then plays the video and expects us…not to notice?!

10. tHE TRUTH OF THE MATTER IS THESE COPS AND THEIR FAMILIES THOUGHT THEY COULD GET AWAY WITH THIS! THE JUDGE SOUNDS LIKE A BUFOON WITH HER HEAVY SIGHS AND SHE SOMETIMES FORGETS SHE IS MIC'D. SINCE WHEN DOES THE STATE RIGHT OFF THE RIP CHARGE SOMEONE WITH MURDER INSTEAD OF VEHICULAR HOMICIDE??? WHEN ALL THE PROOF IS ON THE TABLE THE CANTON POLICE MASS STATE POLICE AND ALL THEIR CROONIES ARE GOING TO HAVE ALOT IF EXPLAINING TO DO UNDER OATH. THIS FAMILY WENT AS FAR AS TO INCLIDE THEIR OWN KIDS ON THIS ITS INSANE. THEY MADE THEIR DAUGHTER THE ALIBI FOR THEIR PUNK NEPHEW 🙁 SAD PART IS THEY HAVE DESTROYED SO MANY LIVES. JOHN OKEEFES, HIS FAMILIES, KAREN READ AND HER FAMILY. ITS SAD SHE SHOULD HAVE BEEN THERE COMFORTING HIS NIECE AND NEPHEW INSTEAD SHE IS BEING TRIED FOR MURDER

    Lally, lied regarding what Karen Reed said!!! Nothing of he said was in that video he should be charged with perjury & Karen Reed should never brought in and arrested because she did have a lawyer and has been compliant! This judge is absolutely clueless and rude to the Defense she stop right in the middle of a lawyer speaking to take a break. 🤯

With respect, I think the female defence attorney doesn’t have the presence in court (her voice sounds really nervous and the story and argument/s she’s trying to portray just doesn’t come across forcefully enough imo). Not saying she’s a bad attorney but some attorneys are just not that great on their feet as it were.
