  1. So when does double jeopardy come into play only when it comes to not guilty verdict by jury? She just said the dude in Mississippi was tried to verdict 6 times obviously most were not guilty even if the last was guilty. How was dat not double jeopardy

  2. 56:11 LOOK AT ALL THAT OCCULT IMAGERY IN THE VID….C'MON YA'LL 🤦🏽‍♂️ & BRAGGING ABOUT SHOOTING A FRIEND….ALL THE WITNESS EVIDENCE OF SHOOTING DONE FROM INSIDE….NO BLOOD ON THE SEAT BEHIND DRIVER. THIS SPELLS RITUAL SACRIFICE AND MASONRY WITHOUT A DOUBT. NO BLOOD ON BACK SEAT WHERE SOMEONE SAT…..(1 GUESS AS TO WHO THAT MOST LIKELY IS)

  3. He should be put away for his hair and music alone 😂 what a Muppet baby. He clearly did it, the evidence 🧾 has been piling up. Matter of time! His next Sound Cloud misdemeanor 'Jail time on my Mind'

  4. It's insane that he's in jail. Your innocent until proven guilty yet he's been locked up all this time no bond now a mistrial and he's still with no bond. That's crazy ASF. Unless he has a history of fleeing the country he needs to get a bond if anything house arrest.

  5. What about the sheer fact that juvy and sack ( rest in peace to both ) were shot on the left side of there heads and necks and the supposed drive by happend on the right side of the car ? There is no way for the bullets to have hit the two deceased the way they did in the way the jeep was shot up.

  6. This is simply, if the state can't make a case and the jury can't decide, then it should be thrown out. If you can't prosecute a case then you can't win. It's over. Why does the state get to keep trying. That's ridiculous.

  7. The question came up about melly paying lawyers again. I thought when you retain a lawyer it’s to represent you for the entire case. Not just trial. He would only have to keep paying if they’re paid hourly.

  8. Does anyone know the legit jury count??… I’m hearing it was 9 Not guilty and 3 guilty… if that is true he should be released on bond.. That’s BS holding someone for years and years and the state only convinced 3 out of 12 people he was guilty… During jury deliberation, does the judge know the jury count? I feel like he should have gave them some more time but if he knew the count was favoring not guilty could that possibly be the reason he mis trialed it? That’s obviously a conspiracy but something to think about. Unless the split was 6-6 then it would make sense to call a mis trial.
