Ok, so if melly did this in such a secluded area why would he be hiding in the bushes!?!? I have NEVER heard a detective say we didn't search the house of a murder suspect because we couldn't get a warrant… 🤔😮 Come on. The lack of evidence is unbelievable. On a death penalty case! Luminal the car and prove someone was sitting in that seat and there was no blood spatter. I mean what on earth is going on here.

Cant be bias .. have you hear from both parties and currently the Defence is sweeping the floor with State – they have nothing solid . no motive .. no murder weapon no nothing .. When you prosecute the star you automatically become the start – simple as that .. all yes on Melly from day 1 … that's not right and outright ridiculous . The defence is making moves 🙂 i love it !!!

if im the jury .. i still have a lot of doubts based on everything provided. there is a lot of open ended speculation and that wouldnt make me want to give a death penalty verdict. gun wasn't in his hand based on any evidence and even with the phone evidence..it doesn't put him in the car at the time of the murders took place. nothing has been concrete. the defense makes a good point to say it wasn't thoroughly investigated. why didn't you check all these cameras that you could have ? why didn't you go to all the homes with a search warrant ? theres still too many questions unanswered. i'm not saying he didn't do it..i just dont think the state did enough to prove he did.
