The Florida woman accused of suffocating her boyfriend to death is set to appear in court on Tuesday for a motions hearing. Sarah Boone allegedly killed Jorge Torres Jr. by zipping him up in a suitcase and leaving him inside to die after a night of drinking at her house in 2020. Boone, who briefly represented herself, retained a new defense attorney after going through eight other attorneys.

  1. 😘 the TURKEY NECK!!!
like everyone doesn't know WHO you wrinkled that 🐽 to😅
😁 NOW see if your still 😁 in a few weeks…

    Sincerely,
one of the TAX PAYERS 💰 that has been WASTED over 4+ year's.
    YES
    U owe the TAX PAYERS
but justice for George's family above ALL HIS CHILDREN 🙏
    will be priceless 😉😉

  2. I’m happy she is represented now. And kudos to this attorney for putting his hand up and his friends who have graciously offered to help him. He’s brave to do this when no one else would. I do believe Sarah is responsible for the death of Jorge. To what degree I don’t know, I’ll see the evidence and decide. Either way I’m glad she’s getting a fair trial now 😊

  3. Just wondering – I’ve listened to this hearing so many times and just realized that Owens gave the full story of the expert who helped get a not guilty verdict for the woman who shot her husband 9 times. Every time, it just struck me as a little off that he would do that. I wondered if he was trying to scare the state into a better plea offer that Sarah might take, but now I wonder if he assured Sarah that he could make this happen for her and that’s why she’s so giggly at the beginning. It makes sense to me – she’s convinced that Owens is the only one who gets it that “not intentional” makes everything fine and dandy. Any thoughts?

  4. In my opinion he did not voluntarily get in that suitcase and then she zipped it up. With all the injuries that were noted in the autopsy report, I believe that she and him were involved in an altercation and during the fighting she hit him in the head with something and knocked him out. Once he was unconscious she then put him in the suitcase and zipped it shut. Imo I believe that this is why she was laughing… obviously when he regained consciousness he discovered that he was locked in the suitcase and couldn't get out. She sat on the sofa and laughed over at the fact that he was in a bad predicament & the fact that she kept stating how this is how she feels when he chokes her just goes to show how triumphed she was in her victory of having the upper hand.

  5. She has had an abusive relationship with her boyfriend,. She presses charges and then let's him off. This cycle continues until one night they decide to get drunk and he climbs into a suitcase to hide. In her drunk state, she becomes mad but doesn't remember what she did , but there's video. To her surprise, she let him die.

  6. I have such an admiration and respect for judges. I’m blows away how smart and we’ll versed they are. Lawyers too but the judge is amazing! Protecting, serving , and keeping his citizens safe from criminals like Sara

  7. Am I the only one who was looking forward to seeing the circus show of her defending herself? Her letters were so crazy that I really wanted to see her opening statements.

  8. So he is saying that the expert that concluded after 6 sessions with Sarah that she didn’t qualify for battered spouse defense will change her mind if she meets with Sarah again and gets more funding? Wasn’t Sarah calling the police every day? She has never been shy to report anyone so it’s weird she didn’t know to call 911 once Jorge was in the suitcase. Or when he’d been there for twelve hours.

  9. What’s the motivation for the 9th attorney. He definitely was following this case before today. He’s not getting paid. Sarah does not have a hard luck story like she was so battered. What about Jorge’s battering he received? But he’s not here to defend himself. I remember a reporter saying 911 was called to Sarah’s appt. The cops couldn’t decide who was the aggressor so they were both arrested. You don’t hear of that too often where the woman is arrested as well as the man. Jorge was not a big man so it would be easy to see she would be the aggressor. IMO he was semi conscious when she put him in the suitcase that’s how he sustained the scratches on his back. If he was the size of her ex husband there’s no way she would had been able to get him in there. Once she got Jorge in there. She threw the suitcase down the stairs.
