Robert Telles faces trial for the murder of Las Vegas Review-Journal reporter Jeff German. After German wrote several articles about Telles, a public administrator at the time, he was found stabbed to death outside his home in September 2022. Prosecutors claim Telles’ DNA was found under German’s fingernails. Telles has pleaded not guilty and says he was framed for the murder.

  1. Him and his grease pencil. If you really didn’t murder someone. You wouldn’t “try” to kill yourself. You’d fight for the truth! For you and your family!!

  2. In case there’s a question about what is meant by throwing everything at the wall and hoping something sticks…see the defense cross examination of Detective Gatus.

  3. It just dawned on me, if Telles has been in jail all this time, how then is it that he is wearing suits when other inmates are always in their jail clothes and handcuffed! So, is the jail or is the court providing Telles the suits? Or has he not been spending time in jail because he is out on bail & therefore that's why he is wearing suits and isn't handcuffed?

  4. On an episode of 48 Hours titled: The Assassination of Jeff German, it shows Telles on police body cameras outside at night on 3-01-2020 being handcuffed & arrested after his own wife called 911(the wife is heard on the 911 call) to report a DV from Telles. So far, on Day 4 of the Murder Trial of NV. v. Robert Telles, this has not been brought up. MAYBE eventually it will be??

  5. I thought that cross examination was supposed to be questions. This defense attorney makes statements. And all he does is restate the evidence or make inane statements. Poor attorney with nothing to work with. Ineffective at best and probably annoying the jury.

  6. The prosecutor who questioned Det. Gatus should wear her hair like her, I think. She would look more professional in court. She has great hair. Smart attorney! Great job👏🏻

  7. A massive conspiracy of the highest order for some anonymous low ranking bureaucrat that nobody ever heard of …lol…that's the defense? And the conspiracy occurred after he lost the election….lol

  8. i know his name could be pronounces "tay-has" but i wish they would just use one consecutive name to avoid any and all confusion for jurors im not sure if thats necessary but i do feel like it definitely could be for some..

  9. I understand the mountain of evidence against the suspect is overwhelming but what is everyone’s thought of the Defense Attorney’s representation?

  10. Tellus is short, shorter than the victim. So unless the victim was kneeling how is he gonna leave a mark. He scratched him and that's why Tellis pretended to hurt himself by cutting, to cover the scratches from the struggle

  11. RT thought he was smart enough et get away with murder, but the trail of evidence he left behind suggests a 12-year-old could've done better. I think he should do performances in prison as the clown he is, those facial expressions are definitely on point.

  12. The audacity. All the evidence retrieved from phone. His response: I was hacked. Someone else put those there. I was framed.

  13. literally no solid evidence so far, will update after ive watched day 4, so far the blood found on Telles dont match victim blood on victim dont match telles, no blood found in the car belonging to victim, all they have is the same car and motive, also not guilty of taking any kick backs, bribes or profits (proven)

  14. “And you’d agree with me that my client, Mr Telles, pretty much left you a mountain of videotape, DNA, motive, and overwhelming physical evidence…. all making his guilt basically indisputable?”
