  1. I find it kind of weird that they are allowed to filter the FOIA info and remove things. In my opinion if you are having these personal conversations on work software like Teams then that is fair game. I get personal cell phone texts and such obviously but anything business related whether it be a company phone or emails or chat logs of any kind should be required to be released. I may be mistaken but I don’t think this is a normal thing for most counties??? Makes you wonder what kind of stuff is being said thru these means and how often it happens in this county?

  2. 1:38:48 Since Mr. German was regularly making foia requests, it is always possible that his P.O. Box number was on file. After all, copies of documents had to be sent somewhere if he wasn't going to collect them himself. Digital submission might only be a fairly recent thing.

  3. Pointing out all the mistakes the killer made, then saying you wouldn't have made those mistakes, is not a convincing argument for your innocence fyi

  4. When the prosecutor asked Telles a question, and he replied, “I’ll get to that in a minute”, that is a perfect example of how clueless he is that this is not his office and he is not in charge.

  5. Not a conspiracy theory. The judges, police and local government is framing citizens for reporting on their crimes! All evidence of what happened to us on our channel!

  6. The classic trump defense. In the face of overwhelming and undeniable evidence it must be a vast conspiracy by detectives, police officers, prosecutors, judges, witnesses, experts etc….

  7. This guy thinks he’s so smooth with his explanations. Which really aren’t explanations. He doesn’t even have alibis. And he hates when he’s interrupted even with objections. I cannot believe they let this guy narrate like this

  8. Telles filed documentation with the court on Sept. 20 saying he is indigent and requires a public defender despite noting that he and his wife were making $20,500 per month before his arrest and revealing he owns five rental houses. He also owns a house in Las Vegas, property records show, with a Zillow estimate of that house’s value at nearly $600,000.

  9. This guy thinks he’s so smooth with his explanations. Which really aren’t explanations. He doesn’t even have alibis. And he hates when he’s interrupted even with objections. I cannot believe they let this guy narrate like this

  10. I think letting this guy narrate his defense was a brilliant move – it’s painful to watch, but he’s nailing his guilty verdict

  11. Surprised he doesn’t have a funny straw hat, orange vest and shirt, pants and Nikes brought in for him to try on then walk around and tell the jury they don’t fit

  12. Corporate psychopath, completely lacking in basic human compassion. Views every situation as a zero sum game where ideally, he gets more than you, and if interfere too much, he may kill you.
