Robert Telles faces trial for the murder of Las Vegas Review-Journal reporter Jeff German. After German wrote several articles about Telles, a public administrator at the time, he was found stabbed to death outside his home in September 2022. Prosecutors claim Telles’ DNA was found under German’s fingernails. Telles has pleaded not guilty and says he was framed for the murder.

Wow I’ve never seen someone furrow their brow SO HARD
Attorney in the green tie you are blocking my view.
Not hair. It was a hoodie and sunglasses.
I get to use my favourite word. Here it is. There is not a scintilla of evidence that backs up this buffoons defence.
That rebuttal by the Chris Hamner for the Prosecution was absolutely phenomenal
I wonder if I found a Freudian slip by Telles defense attorney. Watch starting at 2:55:45. He says "I'm being framed, I'm being charged with a murder that I don't think I committed, that I didn't commit." As soon as he says "I don't think I committed", Telles gives him a wtf look. I could see him being so whacked out of his mind at the time of the murder, he says he blacked out and doesn't think he did it.
Excellent closing by state. He hit on all the things i was calling out while defendant was testifying. I.e. " id like to think" rather than "I didn't…"
Amazing closing argument by Chris Hammer 🔥🔥
Death penalty
Vid begins at 34:20
The person in the suv, looks like he's got a short sleeve orange top??
I don’t think the jurors are competent. Maybe they’re blind. Unbelievable how much evidence against this killer.
If I had him under oath I'd certainly ask him wtf is it with the intentional brow-furrowing?
Nothing yet????????
I love hamner 🤣❤️
If Dr. Evil gets locked up there will no more Austin Powers movies
Law&Crime I try to make your channel safe and I have a lot of friends and all those bot came in today and some were ppl now this is the second time I've been blocked from talking from my other page in here and that's not fair I support you guys to the fullest😢
" It's Hair! "
That let him die in the tub point at the end of states closing was in bad taste. I don’t think it even makes sense. They wanted to frame him, not kill him. Is telles defense. I still think telles is guilty AF. But that last bit was pointless and made no sense.
All it takes is one person who mistrusts cops and believes they are capable of framing someone.
He’s putting on his saddest little boy face….how pathetic. Guilty!!
Lol ..his defense is a vast, complex conspiracy with no evidence and no logic. …laughable
Every time they take a long time to deliver the results benefit the defendant or a mistrial
Every time they take a long time to deliver the results benefit the defendant or a mistrial
Are they waiting until the state feeds them lunch before they render their verdict?
What are they deliberating and why did Telles lawyer allow him to testify? He made it worse for himself.
Some regarded juror must be falling for the hair argument for it to be taking this long.
I was saying yes he did it until the defenses closings with the video now I'm not sure because the man in the car was not the man in the court room.
Is it just me or does Telles look like ET?..😂😂😂
“… a murder I DON’T THINK I committed” 😮 😂
It’s stunning how the defense attorney stands there and lies with a completely straight face.
🎣
Hey fam ✌🏼😘
How long has jury been deliberating
Not a conspiracy theory. The judges, police and local government is framing citizens for reporting on their crimes! All evidence of what happened to us on our channel!
That's really an odd coincidence that there were no cameras around Telles' house.
What on earth could be taking this long? Was the jury paying attention? The direct and overwhelming circumstantial evidence could lead to only one verdict, guilty! The only way it could have possibly been any clearer is if he took a video of himself committing the crime. This is ridiculous
I like this State Rebuttal Argument so much, I've already saw it 4 times! 😀
And I'm sure I'm not the only one…
Telles expressions will be a source for so many memes! Let's use them!
Question? Did they ever address the limp walk? Does Robert walk like that? The way the killer did? Or was that left out? Anyone know?
100% retrial 😊
@2:50:00
The hair defense lol
Second thought. The hair line darkness is equal to the darkness of the head profile. That is impossible with hair as light passes through the strands. It must have been a hoodie style covering over the head. It wasn’t hair.
Mr Potato head, you are so guilty.
I think it's great that the jury is taking their charge seriously, there may be one or two in there that are thrown by the Denali being driven by the man with hair.
The Hitman/amateur argument is ridiculous since Tellus will state that the "hitman" would pretend to make Amateur mistakes to "frame him".
I hope the jury isn't hung up on the picture of the person in the vehicle with supposed "hair"., If you blow it up and look closely, the person is wearing a hoodie, it's not hair.
Not super impressed with the state’s closing arguments. The lawyer was hard to follow, jumped around a lot, lots of word play, etc. I think Telles is guilty but I worry the state didn’t argue coherently enough
