UPDATE TO OUR 2nd CASE: After a week of jury deliberations, Dedrick Williams,Trayvon Newsome, and Michael Boatwright were all convicted of first-degree murder and armed robbery in the death of XXXtentacion.
Baldwin was the producer and he cut corners to save money. AND he has been around guns so he isn't an innocent

Or are you saying her lawyer is looking for the judge to give a continuance because he doesn't truly agree with Lori's decision to wave her right to a speedy trial as she doesn't know how much work her poor defense attorney has? We've executed 273 innocent people since 1973. We've executed a low IQ individual in the last administration actually execution ramped up under the previous administration. If we put Eileen W. to death who was so emotionally unwell than the State will put anyone to death. I'm against the DP for many reasons and people spend decades on appeals being on death row. Adian Fucci committed a terrible crime plead guilty is doing life. He's young and was a teenager when he committed his crime. Admitted guilt sentenced done. These fn grown up murderers plead not guilty and the DP drags things out forever. At the end of the day the dog and pony show in court Lori and Chad Daybell will never see the outside world again DP or not.

She has been faking her so called mental health issues. Mental illness is not a defense for murder unless in a psychotic state at the time of crime , which she clearly wasn’t. Why did they allow these two to have jail house calls ? They could have collected these call data on a continual basis and not dump it all just before a trial is to start.
I totally disagree with letting Alec Baldwin away with taking the life of another human being, no matter how it happened. If I were the family, a civil lawsuit only would not cut it. Come on, 18 months in jail! I'm sure people who have committed lesser offenses have spent much more time that. I say, shame on him. I would want some type of punishment for taking a life, because I could not live with myself for the rest of my life. Fame and money talks in this case!

Lori Vallow seeks to avoid death penalty, and the defense knowing she is guilty as hell is carrying water too the see and wasting time.
She hasn't waved her right to a speedy trial and that is an issue because they are at the end of that time, so they would have to dismiss the charges if the judge does not bring it to trial now. A continuance is not an option thus the reason they had to split Chad and Lori's trial.
Vallow deserves so much WORSE than the death penalty, such as Life as human pinata and punch-toy.
Can they release the kids bodies so they can rest in peace….sick they have sat on a slab for 3 years

According to the Idaho news that I’ve been watching; I have not heard of previous mental health treatment or diagnosed before jail time. And also there was mentioned about a month ago-thinking about suing the state because she didn’t get a speedy trail but according to what I heard she was the one wanting a mental health evaluation.
If Lori's trial does begin on April 3rd, I will be surprised.

There are so many deaths these two have caused that it seems there should be at least 4 trials.
