Bodycam and police department security footage show the moments after a Tennessee man was arrested for allegedly killing a Blount County deputy on February 8. Over 150 law enforcement officers caught Kenneth Wayne DeHart after a five-day manhunt that ended in Knoxville. He was wanted on charges of first-degree murder, attempted first-degree murder, and being a felon in possession of a firearm.

At what point does that initial contact this man had with those two Deputies went from investigative to accessive force. At the point of accessive force did he have a Right to protect himself against further harm by the two deputies. If he had not he might be the one dead.
