5. MOST “protective” orders ARE denied! I once went to a court hearing with a friend of mine when she was trying to gain one againt her x. He poisoned her dogs she had proof of that AND of him threatening to kill her AND her kids. The only reason why it was granted was because the vet wrote a letter of proof that her dogs were poisoned. The judge bragged that she was lucky to get it approved because she hasn’t approved one in over 2 years. That is just sad!

22. The judge was right. The dude had a long ass history of delusion. The system failed her in not granting the restraining order, but it is clear that he was out of it and in his state of mind, killing her was what he saw as the right thing to do.
    Him still having the kid's guard is insane though.
    He's never seeing the light of day as a free man again either way. He's just not gonna be put in with mentally sound criminals because that would be a recipe for disaster.
    You're acting like he's gonna be in a nicer place, but he's probably gonna spend the rest of his life under way more surveillance than any prisoner would. This type of institution is not some sort of resort.

28. Hey y'all, we have to give thanks to John Walsh, ( America's most wanted ) It was Mr, Walsh who fought the American system of law enforcement to have a bill passed called Adam's law . He demanded changes in the way states communicated with each other on crime . He put pressure on the FBI to connect the Dots throughout America , to better track criminals, that have crossed state lines . The FBI now has better control over information locating the worst of the worst. We need to give Thanks to John Walsh, he's an American Hero . Rest in peace to John's Son , Adam Walsh ❤.

29. How many "prophecies" is this guy going to carry out before he is finally properly punished for his crimes? I'm sick of mental health being an excuse to get away with murder and other crimes. It may be the reason but is no excuse to go light. That statement is so far from the truth, it shouldn’t have been said…There’s no law to charge someone with in ant state under mental or emotional abuse. Domestic violence is (unlawful touching in anyway of another human). It’s violence against your significant other… The way this so called expert makes it seem is that every time you call your significant other “FaT” it’s against the law….😂 I had no idea the laws now charge people with emotional crimes !! 😂
