And there’s a huge uproar over the light sentence two Amish brothers received after admitting to sexually assaulting their 12-year-old sister (37:18). The girl recently gave birth as a result of those attacks. Plus, Dr. Terry Dubrow from Oxygen’s “License to Kill” shares an exclusive clip from this week’s episode (25:24). 1. I could be the only one with this opinion but in the first case of the psychopath with the cheating wife I'm not sure she should be considered a danger to society or to her child… Maybe she could be considered a danger to anyone else she might've been cheating on her husband with (if there was anyone else) but not to the general public.. it wasn't mentioned, unless I missed it, but im curious if she had a criminal record prior to the murder,in particular if she had priors that were violent in nature…. I don't believe she ever would've killed the victim (or anyone else for that matter) if her husband hadn't forced her to do by use of physical violence, verbal threats, intimidation/coercion.. she must've been so absolutely terrified, as any of us would've been. If she had wanted to kill him her husband wouldn't have had to beat her up o or threaten her… We also don't know if he had threatened their child. He might have told her that if she didn't kill her lover that he would kill their child….. Idk about everyone else but I KNOW without a doubt 10,000% if someone threatened to kill my child if I didn't kill someone i would definitely agree to do it, however, if they handed me a gun to do it i would turn and shoot the person trying to force me inti commiting a murder….. Just saying 🤷🏻‍♀️

  2. It's not up to the amish to sy they don't follow the laws, those two and the younger brothers have ruined their own sisters life not only r** her but she actually had one of their baby!!!!! Life in prison should have been mandatory

  3. She probably had to do what she did because she felt guilty. She felt guilty that it was her fault that her husband killed the lover and it would not happened if she had not committed adultery. She is scared of her husband and because it is her fault in the first place for having an affair.

  4. Mandated reporters are MANDATED to report to DCF/DCFS/Social Services Hotline.

The agency will then notify law enforcement if the report alleges actions which could be criminal in nature.

How does a doctor (guest speaker) not know this?

  5. I mean come on, its clear the responsibility here lies solely on the husband for the murder and morally on the wife for adultery. Cheating and sexual perversion destroys everything it touches.

  6. Sure she wasn't the mastermind behind this murder?🤔
Plot twist- she came up with idea that she would go to kill lover so husband wouldn't beat her to death & eventually kill her.
I don't believe a word this bish says.
3 sides to every story his…hers & the truth.

  7. Eli Yoder left the Amish and does a podcast. This kind of abuse is rampant in the Amish community. The father probably had a piece of that girl to be honest. Then they blame the victim always! Anna do a little research on this you will see what I'm saying

  8. 42:00 The doctor might have used an anonymous hotline not to protect his identity, but to protect the victim from any potential violent fallout from the reporting. If these brothers have such little regard for protecting their sister from being raped, who's to say how much value they place on her life.

  9. In the amish case. This is rampid within the group but not all. And the girls are led to believe it is her fault within.
Churches also do this. they dont call police and handle it within the church and do not speak of it. also blame the victim. Many churches do it.and Amish communities

  10. I thought that Amish aren't subject to the same rules as us normals, & they handle their own. This is the first time I've ever seen an Amish handled in a county court. They don't pay taxes; I thought they're subject to their own mini government rules & standards. & furthermore, this is regular, commonplace occurrence in Amish communities. Most amish women are sexually assaulted by their brothers. Hearing of such incest is as typical as Tuesday. The whole community are sexual deviants. They do big gang orgies like we watch tv. I guarantee if you ever see a buggy with passengers, someone in it is getting oral sex; for sure.

  12. Why do cheating husbands and wives always go after the person that they're cheating with? I àà!!! They need to be taking it out on their cheating partner. And when I say "taking it out" I simply mean just asking your partner what's been going on, etc. Don't take it out on someone who probably doesn't know what's going on. Ijs
