22. 30:38 You guys talk like the police have unlimited resources (time, manpower, and money), but that's definitely NOT the case. No matter what the crime is or who the victim is, the police have a very limited and strictly budgeted amount of resources.

    With that said, will the police spend more resources for a victim who's a respectable, law-abiding and tax paying citizen who contributes value to their society vs. a drug addicted, homeless prostitute? Yes and rightfully so. After all, prostitutes don't pay taxes and therefore don't contribute to the funding of law enforcement in the first place. It wouldn't be fair for non-contributing societal leeches to receive the same benefits as law-abiding societal contributors. Obviously.

Second, I hope these families found comfort with their community together during these vigils.
