  1. Idk what type of man would grab their gun and shoot it in the house to scare their wife from stop arguing smfh this is the first I've ever heard of someone doing this to try and stop an argument with their wife, so in my eyes I believe he intentionally wanted to do more to her then just trying to scare her by shooting his gun inside his house especially shooting at the ceiling knowing a bullet is going to go right through the ceiling and keep going in the air not knowing where the bulleta are going land after coming back down l. He was careless for other lives especially his wife and their kids smfh he should of been self aware of his consequences especially being in the military

  2. 6:37. I'm always perplexed when someone pulls this argument: "No, she can't be gone. I just saw her" insinuating that weeks, months or years have to pass without you having seen someone before something can happen to them.

  3. I'm gonna be the devils advocate here. I think he did not intend to kill her. I really do believe his story. Still he totally disregarded the safety of his wife and children and ended up killing his wife. Intentional or unintentional, had he not been thoughtless/careless/selfish she would still be here. She was beautiful and her kids needed her too. If he truly is suffering daily with his actions and making an honest effort to be a great dad, that would be the best case for the kids. To not lose both of their parents.

  4. Prayers for the families, friends, and community for everyone. Continued prayers find missing loved to bring family, friends, and community for closure. Thank to grandmother for altering the police to her grandson. She saved a lot of lives. Prayers for everyone and her to.
Sad, first one happened. Sometimes, in life you think what if’s. Because I feel, in some way this could been taken to a part house. Tried not wake up kids and talked it out. Instead of fighting with each other. Because my mother-in-law told me, three sides of every story and truth comes out in the end.

  5. I just read a story on true crime where a girl was being abused by her boyfriend her he threw a home made bomb in her house and tried to unalive her. She survived the guy was given 23 damn years. IDC what anyone says our justice system is so screwed up man.👏👏

  6. Wow 😲😳
His whole demenur was different in the integration room.. someone definitely coached him on the defense side.. because he's more calm.. karma is not 🚫 done with him

  7. An ex-Marine, five shots fired, one hits her in the shoulder. Perhaps he should not have escaped some type of punishment (e.g. one of the manslaughter charges, but not first or second degree murder). I believe that he, as ex-military, would have shot her not once in the shoulder, but in any number of probably-fatal bodily areas when firing his gun five times. I think he would have shot to kill, not to scare. It sounds as though he recklessly shot the gun and happened to hit her shoulder in the process. If she was my mother or sister or daughter I would probably feel differently, but going by the testimony and defendant's history, feelings matter less than the facts. A second- or third-degree murder charge did not seem to fit.

  8. Why didn't the cops check his ph. The truth would have come out. He didn't use his ph to call for help. He pathetic run to get help when he shot his wife. Who does that. A murderer honestly so clear

  9. Wow, that first guy, the detectives already sitting there like little boys when he does all the angry talking..he should have been a politician. Does anybody know what the jury looked like? OJ vibes….

  10. I've heard how some people screech at each other and am grateful that my parents never modelled such destructive behaviors. Verbal abuse is usually followed by physical violence of some kind. With small children in the house, that gun should have been in a lock box.

  11. He knows what he did and why he did it. He was cheating with that beautiful woman’s cousin and he got upset he was caught. He murdered his wife, ending her life over nothing. You don’t shoot bullets in the air to stop an argument. He’s lying.
