Cops received a concerning call regarding a man sitting in the grass next to a dumped motorcycle in the middle of the street. When police arrived at the scene, the man revealed he had just bought the motorcycle and wanted to ride it home that night. When he was arrested for suspected DUI, he started becoming aggressive with police.
