  1. Love Andrea’s channel. She doesn’t flood it with needless garbage. When she does stream a court case she doesn’t interrupt constantly like some other ones do. She waits for a break and gives her opinions then. No needless endless stopping and taking. She is a practicing lawyer and isn’t using YouTube as a career like some.

  2. I cannot believe the marriages that are happening today about them killing each other for either life insurance or or money. If you think that you're ever going to get away with killing someone and enjoying your money you're not because this is not a way out for all your problems money can buy you everything in the world but it's not going to buy you peace and love this is ridiculous and this is the lifestyle that these people live unbelievable

  3. In the Benefield case, you should be aware that the child was only two when her mom shot her dad. Mr. Benefield's older daughter did testify, but she never saw any of the abuse that Mrs. Benefield claimed.

  4. So if this father was smoking crack instead would that count? Come on? He knew exactly what he was doing. Period. He repeated this mistake. He will suffer in his soul for the rest of his life no matter what happens in a court of law.

  5. Gaming is an addiction. People who are in “the zone “ is drawn into it just like any form of addiction. In that situation parameters and checks should have been set within the
    Relationship and household

  6. Anyone who has ever lived in Arizona for ANY amount of time knows two things for basic child safety. First, to lock your pool gate and second don't leave the kids in the car. Period. No EXCEPTIONS. To know this was not the first time made it egregious. I can't understand how his wife could support him still. That speaks volumes about her, as well. As a woman, as a parent, as a human being, I hope she at the very least lives with a level of guilt knowing she gave him a second, or third chance to do this to their children. She scolded him like a naughty child. But she should have taken steps to protect her child from his repeated negligence. Thank you for your compassionate commentary, as always.

  7. Set an alarm? Are you kidding me?! That man didn't want to be interrupted from playing his video games when that baby woke up, so he left her outside on that car. That's grievous indifference to human life, he was more concerned with his game than his child. He shouldn't be let home, he's a danger to his other children

  8. The last case had me screaming at my phone! An Oops? Are you kidding? He deliberately left his baby STRAPPED in a car, in AZ Summer heat so he could go in and play a video game unencumbered. Admittedly, he's done it before. You can't convince me the other children didn't ask about their sibling. Daddy, where's baby name here? Absolutely not. Now, if he had a lot groceries he was bringing in and he got caught up putting them away and forgot for a few minutes. OK, that is an Oops. No Sir, He knew exactly what he was doing. Edit to say, I don't think he meant for the child to die. But what he did was reckless and depraved. And, he knew better. I can't imagine the misery that baby must have suffered in those last hours.

  9. SET AN ALARM? Seriously…. There is no excuse or reason to leave a child in a vehicle unattended for a unreasonable length of time. Period

  10. I don’t believe a word that comes out of her mouth. She’s acting and changing her appearance to try to get sympathy from the jury. She’s manipulative and a murderer, I hope the jury sees right through her and he gets justice! She was not abused, he is the victim!
