22. Bastrop is one of the most racist towns in Texas. I know personally a White Couple who hung out with Blacks until they moved out of Austin and to Bastrop, now they will not speak to Blacks. Its many white women who was young women or teen who dated black men, but went to Austin Tx to do so. One young lady told my friend that her parents warn her, that they rather see her dead than see her a with a black man. The City of Bastrop doesnt want a re-trial. Its folks chopping at the bits to testify. They dont want to have folks exposed. Stacey been gone for over 26 years. Rodney would have been executed a long time ago especially in the state of Texas if they knew for a fact he killed her
