  1. Thought I would chime in here – I was a neighbor of the McIvers for over 5 years at the Villas Condos in Buckhead. I've attended a few of the same parties they were at the Villas, ran into them dozens of times on the elevator and witnessed their interaction toward one another during those 5 years. All I can say is, these two truly cared for one another; they came across like they were best friends. Every Thursday night, they were picked up in a white stretched limousine where I presume they went out to dinner. Also, I heard that Diane, while in the hospital the night she passed away, told a staff member that "it was an accident". I'm sure this will come out during the trial. As strange as this case is – I truly feel that it was a tragic accident.

One more thing – if you were going to kill your spouse, I doubt anyone would ever choose the method that took place in this case. There was a good chance that Diane could of survived the shooting which is the main reason that it's not likely this was intentional. Also, there was a witness in the car – Dianne's best friend for crying out loud. Ask yourself this question, have you ever woken up from sleeping with a sudden jerk? You're holding a gun, it's late at night and you drift off for a moment. You suddenly wake up in one of these jerking incidents and you accidentally pull the trigger. It's plausible – tragic but plausible.

These two were genuinely nice people and it was very evident that they were a happily married couple. You could ask any of their other neighbors and friends and they would say the same. As bizarre as this case seems – it's unequvically an accident.

  2. πŸ€”πŸ’Out of 600 different things he could've blamed it on, he gone blame it on Black Lives Matter, Like BLM is the main suspect, got BLM on the run n shit… πŸ—£I oughta smackπŸ–πŸ‘‹ thee holy fuck out this foo wit the right hand of black Jesus & see if he remember who killed his wife in his car..😏

  3. Clap Clap Clap That's what they all say. It was an accident. Didn't you do something when you were younger at school to others and then you said to your teacher: 'It was an accident.'
Think about it. Shooting someone by accident. Well done. Great story.
Btw I only came across this coz I searchedΒ a song up on YT (Stressed out, Great song check it out xD) and someone commented. Ridiculous name, checked him out. Looked at his subscriptions. Checked this channel out and now I love it. Idk why.

  4. Oh yes I was sleeping when I expertly located a pistol that I dint know, unlocked the safety pin and accurately aimed it at my wife while sleeping and accidentally pulled the trigger, it was all an accident

  5. When in doubt mention the suspect was black or in this case the fear of the thought of a black who might eventually attack you pushed you to kill someone else. I cant make this up LOL. I thought the days where whites scapegoating blacks for their crime were behind us.

  6. He is a murderer. Why is a man in the backseat while the wife's friend drives and the wife in the front. It sounds like a planned set up . That's some bullshit. Give an asshole money and their just a rich asshole. They need to put this guy in prison in one of the worst slum prisons possible. Let him get attacked every day for being a racist prick murderer.
