Prosecutors in Clermont County, Ohio have filed more charges against a couple accused of treating their five adopted special needs children “worse than prisoners of war.” Matthew Edmonson and her husband, Charles Edmonson, now face 31 charges. Their 20-year-old son, Bailey Edmonson, now faces similar charges. I think it’s too late to cry now, but not to defend the 20yo, I would be curious to know whether what he did to those poor vulnerable children, was it learnt behaviour and perhaps things that were done to him because to me he looks like a young adult with some sort of learning disability. What he did, if he did it is appalling but something doesn’t sit right and I’m more interested with what his parents were doing, and frankly I wouldn’t be shocked if the young man is also a victim of child abuse by his father, he’s not coming across as a regular 20yo, I just feel uncomfortable about his role. Naturally I’m all for the right convictions and sentences, but that young guy needs to be investigated but he also needs to be evaluated correctly by the right doctors first to see the level of his mentality because he may also be a victim too
We also need to ask why were these children adopted were they taken unwillingly from their families from child services? Let's get to the bottom of this 😢

this is disgusting I'm special needs and my sister attacked me all the time and my mom did nothing to stop it and then she went and almost murdered her kids over drugs
The 20 year old may be crying now, but he'll be screaming and crying when the prison population finds out that he abused children.
Abusers act so tough when they're abusing someone, but then cries like a child when they're in handcuffs.
