Genora was miserable! She gave her twins to her maid instead of leaving them to her husband's family out of spite. She was a miserable woman her whole life because she was an orphan & had no one & tried to isolate her husband unsuccessfully. Nothing could make that woman happy. She was so obsessed with the divorce proceedings that she barely was paying attention to her kids and started neglecting her new boyfriend as well- hiring private detectives and setting up cameras to spy on her ex. She was mentally unstable.
