I thought for many years that we men were the perverts>? I think I know who the real perverts are now
The only issue I have with this is position of authority, disease and pregnancy, other than that a 16 year old is more than old enough to pursue what they want to pursue. The US keeps treating young adults like children at the detriment of the country. In most countries students are entering university by the age of 16 here it is 18 going on 20. In poorer countries they are even married at 16. Here we have 30 year olds still living with their parents and unmarried. We are raising a generation of forever children.

Hold the phone ! 4 years ? What about equal rights for women ,That they sniffle about all the time ? Most men I read about get life in prison for being child predators why only 4 years ? It should be Federal law in America you sexually touch a child and its mandatory life without parole , Then this will stop .
Usual suspects
It’s strange though if you think about it… 16 years old vs 18, not a huge difference at all. How much more adult is someone at 18 , than 16? Almost not even measurable.
And when you are in your late 30s and older; you see people in their 20s as kids still… at least I do.
And say you are 30 and you are dating someone 10 years younger… or any adult couple with a 10 year difference… that’s very common and it’s widely accepted.
That teacher to me IS in the wrong; but she is still a kid in my eyes.
I’m just saying it’s a strange line.
