  1. if i was the Judge I would have to make that call to acquit as well. seen yanking the hair of driver, hair found in hand of deceased sister. How could a Judge not acquit? too many what if's and evidence for the defense. they were both nutcases but……..have to agree to acquit. do I personally think she did it on purpose? yep. but that's why Judges are Judges.

  2. I have to agree with the judge. Yes they were terrible to each other. But you can’t dispute what her sister was doing to cause her sister to crash.

  3. Seemed like driver who had pulled over into turnout as the passenger Anastasia had been yanking driver Alexandria's hair, and tried to "get away" from Anastasia's hands, (I'm now thinking of the direction of the hair pulling ) and then Alexandria suddenly stepped on the accelerator (gas) — seemed like a deliberate, intentional action of the driver (with all the hair pulling fight, why not just stop driving? but no, Alexandria stepped on the gas swerving the steering wheel to far left off the cliff — "twin suicide/end of life" accomplished, or so survivor/driver thought).
I think the judge misunderstood some facts (considering relevant comments of relationship issues, suicide pact, etc. from boyfriend and witnesses). Too bad there was no prosecutor to contest.

  4. im an identical twin, and I can see this happening with us! my parent always compared us, which made us fight all of the time then we were always forced to "fix" it. If I didn't start therapy and stop talking to my twin, we would have gotten this toxic

  5. How come they didn't charge her alternatively for aggravated manslaughter because of a DUI and resulting manslaughter?!

    I just don't understand it…

If not intentional murder, she should've at least been found guilty of a DUI and involuntary manslaughter! 😮😮

  6. Okay everyone I have a theory what if the twin sister that was fighting her that died knocked her unconscious and her foot what's heavy on the gas? A limp body Will Survive quicker in an accident than a person that is bracing for impact

  7. The detectives, in this case, do not sound very knowledgeable. Both sisters were unstable and threatened to kill each other (Anastasia threatened to kill her ex-boyfriend). It doesn't help that this channel doesn't do a good job representing any case they cover. They're more worried about clicks than actual journalism.

  8. I wouldn't be surprise if one sister was driving the other one home. The couple did not want the other twin on their camping trip. I believe the twin that survived was jealous her sister was going on the trip without her, she was probably drunk and took the anger out of her sister. It wasn't wise on the road they were in. Its at least manslaughter and not 1st degree murder. But i heard the living twin was acquitted and disappeared.

  9. This is a sac of horseshit. She stole her sisters bfs car and put her sister in. She is s super intoxicated and driving full speed. You know you can pull over right… where was she planing to go. They didn't ask the right questions. Sure her hair was pulled she could of stopped and got out the car and throw down from there. They would both live another day. This is bright as day murder Evidence and her reaction proves this was no accident at all.
