  1. I wish john Hopkins would just take there loss. it would suit them to admit that they did something wrong. and it would suit them to give this family some peace after all this misery THEY caused.

That juror wasn't biased he was just mad after all he heard in court!! That a different thing 🤷🏼‍♀️ he would be biased if he went in with knowledge he shouldn't have but that is not the case. He just went hating her just like we all did for the harm she brought on this family. I hope she gets the same treatment wherever she goes 🤮

  2. This is why victims of predators keep that to themselves is because no one believes you when you tell somebody and if a 10 year old tells you something like that they're not lying they don't know how to make that s*** up that is horrible what happened to her and her mother John Hopkins hospital you should be ashamed of yourself I would never take my child or anybody's child there because of this

  3. Sooooo…. the girl didn't suffer any further after her mom died. Are we not supposed to think about that part!!! It doesn't make sense.

  4. something's not right with this girl…. "all" extremities… "whole" body… "stomach pain" etc. all things that cannot be disputed as they are all subjective. There's a lot of doubt here

  5. I have suffered with CRPS for 27 years and I was never believed by doctors prior to my diagnosis and to see what happened to this family really hit home. I'm so happy she now has the financial stability she will need for medical assistance.

  6. The system is so shady and people need to be held accountable for everything so sick of courts cops district attorneys and how they so shady and lie and they need to be hold accountable

  7. CPS is always taking kids they shouldn't take and letting kids who are suffering keep suffering in the hands of their abusers.

  8. I saw their documentary on netflix, and it was the most sad documentary I ever seen. Mainly their mother who couldn't take the pain of being away from her baby and took her own life😔😞

  9. This was truly the worst case of medical abuse by a paediatrician and social worker! They are still showing no remorse and such arrogance that makes me highly doubtful of professional medical integrity. As a medical specialist myself, this was extremely disturbing! I am also extremely shocked that a JUDGE would deny a mother/ child hug – the last straw that broke Beata Kowalski's heart. He is just as guilty for his lack of compassion.

  10. My guess is that the hospital were able to pay this money from their insurance. They should have to pay so much money that they would go bankrupt. That would send a message to other hospitals for the future. The problem here is that it seems like people were able to pay their way out of prison. People should never be able to pay an amount of money and not go to prison for something like this.

  11. I knew the hospital would fight this. To drag Maya and her family through this. Question a juror about "S's" when he wrote down? Come on! I hope the judge overturns the hospitals bs accusations. The hospital doesn't want to take responsibility for they, the doctors and nurses have done to Maya and her family. I pray for the Kowalski family

  12. Johns Hopkins should stop!!!. You have traumatized this family enough. The more you drag this out, the more you will drag yourself down.

  13. hopefully, they set up some kind of foundation for advocacy for victims of CPS. If they invest some of it and the account draws interest just the interest could be a real blessing to some people.

  14. Much love and hugs to the family of this amazing and beautiful mom. She is looking down and rooting for you guys every day and I think she would be proud you guys spoke up and got justice for her. Wishing nothing but love, wealth, health and happiness for this family

  15. The only reason this young lady is here and will be able to enjoy all the millions she got is because the system took her away from her abusive mom who was killing her with massive amounts of ketamine.

  16. I am so glad for Maya. I just watched the Netflix documentary on her and her family. What absolutely kills me is that families have been ruined by this one doctor's OPINION. There are children who honestly need help and protection but don't get that protection and are either maimed or murdered. CPS is to blame here also. I think they have blinders on when they should be helping and protecting children. I'm so sorry her mother was taken from her by such irresponsible and negligent hospital staff and CPS. They've ruined families, marriages and One is too many.

  17. just finished watching Take Care of Maya, and so glad the verdict went their way after all these years of struggling against the system
