  1. Sean talks way too much, totally agree. He needs to learn when to shut up, it gets super cringe if you watch him.

  2. Finally a great mayor, we found one…lol i feel like I just saw a Sasquatch. I'd vote for him no matter what office he would be running for, just on basis that he's trying to do the right thing. Unfortunately that's rare in our politicians at any level.

  3. Unfortunately, most government officials will not watch any video that does not agree with their "feelings". Does a cop have the right to challenge why you are at this government facility. He doesn't even understand the law. Under what conditions can a cop interfere with public recording in a public access area and even attack the citizen for recording.

  4. The latest (10 months ago) I've seen on this is that when the states attorney (who was ready to proceed with the case) chose to drop all charges when they found out that the Judge was allowing the case to be recorded and live streamed. In a live stream out side the court house afterwards, Sean told the Mayor that he would not file a Fed law suite if the city admin. Lucy Green (Who pushed for his arrest) was fired. I haven't seen any updates since. A quick search shows that she still has her job.
Edited: Found another video of Sean serving "notice of intent to sue" to the Mayor.

  5. It’s amazing how pompously arrogant these people are in the moment. What time and time again when I get in front of a judge or in front of attorneys for a deposition they realize how little they actually know and they’re arrogance, their Papa’s attitude and their hubris takes a backseat.

  6. Eavesdropping? In a work building? That's the problem with people, they think their office is their couch with all their family photos and junk they pile in and around their offices.

  7. how do you make detective and SGT without knowing the 1st amendment? Hopefully this Major cleans up this department. actions reflect leadership and who knows how apples they have spoiled

  8. The camera man gets an A+ in my view as he was very very respectful and knew that the officer was straight up lieing and did not know the law. The e officer needs to be fired with no benefits what so ever at the very least publicly apologize to Sean and retrained for six months with no pay. As for the mayor my hat's off to him for taking a stand and taking down the trash on the building window. Show's he believes the constitution is the rule of law. We the people appreciate him and hope he sticks to his actions. L.I.A. does great work and we the people love him for what he does. Thanks to this channel and the great work they do as i have been a long time viewer and will continue to be.

  9. Also, a photograph could not eavesdrop! I often want to comment (and wish anyone being arrested in similar situations would say to the cops), "You can't arrest someone for being annoying!" (if the cop does it simply because they don't like the way a person is speaking to them or their personalities, etc.)

  10. There is no such thing as press credentials. How hard is it for people to understand this? No state law can override the Constitution or any federal law. As much as the police and other government officials whine and cry, I would suggest they carry some Kleenex to wipe their tears.

  11. Where are all the jeerk off blue line backers when these piece of $hit police act like this to law abiding citizens?? lol, not one boot licker will leave any comments on this video!!!!

  12. When the mayor who is your bosses bosses boss tells you you’re being a fu*king idiot. He can do this shit he’s allowed to with the law. You know you’ve screwed up.

  13. The aggressive and petty officer who insisted that his aggression was all about preventing HIMSELF from being recorded also kept walking in front of the camera unnecessarily and kept trying to block the camera from recording OTHER people (literally from off-camera).
That man can go F himself.

  14. I commend this officer for taking the time available to gather information regarding the state statute that is being quoted. In my opinion, qualified immunity has a legitimate purpose; to protect public servants when there is a need for a split second decision, but too often it’s used as a license to do whatever they want, whenever they want with no consequences. But, when given the opportunity to do the research, but then try to use some sort of verbal judo to contrive a crime, that’s nothing more than criminal.
There is no excuse for any QI when the officer had all the information necessary to make a reasonable decision.

  15. The narrator doesn’t know what he’s talking about. When has he been on the front lines doing audits. When he does that then I can believe his ratings
