  1. No Mayor, YOU got the law wrong and allowed these cops to run rampant like thugs and hooligans. Now, no citizen believes in you and you made it so the citizens lost their faith and trust in their city's officials and "public servants," shame on you. Lol.

  2. What happened to the arresting officer? All the mayor says is the arresting officer was disciplined. Discipline can be anything from being talked to by anyone to, as in this case, taken to jail and confined for an indefinite period. The mayor did say the department would be educated. Sounds like the arresting office got away with violating the victim's rights as cops always do. Police, including mayors, cover when the law is broken by a cop so that they don't have to pay a fine or judgement against the city and police department. An apology by a corrupt mayor is not appropriate under the circumstances. The woman should be given a large judgement because of what the cop did and the physical and mental anguish she and her son suffered. TRUMP/VANCE MAGA 2024

  3. Federal Court Filing Against Violations of Constitutional Rights

I, the plaintiff, submit this complaint regarding continuous violations of my constitutional rights by state and county officials, including school administrators, law enforcement, and other public employees. These violations stem from my lawful engagement in public forums and advocacy for government transparency and accountability.

On August 17, 2023, I was unlawfully removed from a public forum after attempting to reclaim my time during the designated three-minute public comment period. This removal occurred due to biased, slanderous actions on the part of the administrators present. They unjustly sought to silence me without due process, violating my rights to free speech and participation in public discourse.

Since this incident, there has been a pattern of harassment, provocation, and retaliation by state and county officials. One such incident occurred today, on September 21, 2024, involving a conspiracy to tarnish my record without due process. These officials continue to meddle in my personal affairs, keeping a record of fabricated grievances and slanderous remarks against me.

Their actions amount to an invasion of my privacy, as they have maintained and manipulated documentation concerning my character without any fair resolution process. This type of record-keeping is a form of espionage that aims to misrepresent my conduct and provoke harassment against me. Such manipulation of my personal data also serves to undermine my right to privacy and erodes my ability to participate freely in civic life.

I assert that these officials have weaponized compulsory attendance mechanisms and other public systems, fostering a landscape that is hostile to individual sovereignty and detrimental to the principles of a Republic, as founded by Congress. This ongoing harassment and bureaucratic manipulation violates fundamental rights guaranteed by the Constitution, including due process, free speech, and protection from unreasonable interference.

Therefore, I demand that the court remedy these violations and restore a fair and just landscape, where individual sovereignty is respected, and public systems are not used to harass or control the citizenry. Furthermore, I call for an investigation into the funding of these harmful practices by external entities, which seek to perpetuate unreasonable taxation and infringement upon the rights of citizens to hold their property free from undue governmental intrusion.

  4. He didn't make a mistake he is a criminal who broke the law. He should be charged with assault and battery , breaking and entering plus carrying a firearm in the commission of a crime. BTW in the state of Georgia If a cop attempts to unlawfully detain or arrest you then you can by law physically resist the illegal arrest and or detainment yp to the point of using deadly force. We are fed up with these lunatics running roughshod over our civil rights.

  5. I believe qualified immunity should only apply when an officer is preforming thier duty by the letter of the law.
It is about time that someone actuly recognize that this was a clear violation of the constitution.
I think qualified immunity should apply to prosecutors as well.

  6. I live in Ravenswood and had State troopers who made up shit, and the courts believed them all because state troopers ,at least the ones I dealt with, didn't have body cams, please help push for troopers to have body cams!! Lucky my mom and dad got the assault charges dropped because I didn't do it, but they still got me on ubstruction, even though my mom and dad said that never happened, but because the troopers had no body cams, I had to plead guilty, and I'm talking about w.v. state troopers

  7. This lowkey reminds me, when the son starts yelling.Austin Powers," I'm not sure which movie it was, but that scene when that guy is riding that big roller tractor inside that warehouse and that dude doesn't move he just stands in front of it screaming.
