They are innocent
They want mercy. They didn't give any. They were old enough to leave on their own. They WERE ADULTS. Get a job and move out!
Serving 35 years is enough and in light of the new evidence they should be freed.
I'm tired of this bs agenda yall push. There was evidence that supported Gypsy. I love how yall disregard the briberies, the tauntings about playing a role in front of the jury, and timelines. You know the timelines, as soon as their dad threatened them with kicking them out of the WILL they went to every gun store in and out the county and shortly after mom and dad ends up dead. Or better yet, how they confessed the killings to the therapist, They continued seeing him for 5months and not 1 mentioning of ABUSE. If you're gonna admit to a crime that could give you the death penalty, why not share the motive? They had five months worth of tapes to do so. Not to mention the people that took the stand and explained how those 2 GROWN MEN disrespected their parents on a daily with no sense of fear in public like the spoiled brats they were. You know the maid, groundskeeper, fishermen, friends, and car salesmen.
FACT. HIS FATHER WAS THE HEAD OF RCA RECORDS WHICH MENUDO WAS SIGNED TO. ROY FROM MENUDO SAID JOSE MENENDEZ DRUGGED AND RAPED HIM.
There are “very little details” maybe because they wouldn’t allow the abuse details to be discussed in the trial.
Matt Murphy is an idiot! He is obviously biased… anyone in their right mind that watched those poor boys on the stand can see the torture they endured from 6 years old from both parents!!!.. It's disgusting and apalling! To dismiss that completely is just as disgusting and appalling.. ignorant! They deserve a fair trial!! Justice for the Menendez brothers!!!
They should be released

Money couldn’t have been the motive. They had access to tons of money. The alternative motives of sexual abuse are credible.

I just finished watching the Netflix series lots of questions roll around in my head like why was there no clinical psychologist testifying about abuse I would think since the parents were dead and nobody in the court room knew the brothers or the parents I think the lawyers twisted and wanked at the emotions of the jury over parents deaths
Been abused by multiple people, not to compare, luckily I got out. I definitely had those thoughts and those boys were trapped. It’s self defense and if nothing was done, those boys were soon next. What the parents did to their pets, I know the parents were going to kill them.
