Lyle and Erik Menendez are serving life sentences for the 1986 murders of their parents, Jose and Kitty. The Menendez brothers were cast as entitled teenagers who killed their parents to inherit their fortune. Yet the brothers claim new evidence shows they were telling the truth when they claimed their father abused Erik and their mother turned a blind eye. A new docuseries is exploring the claims. Prosecutors should be jailed for attempting to murder people
Yep they were definitely abused by their sick disgusting father. What a terrible existence they have lived for most all of their lives. It's actually so so very EVIL and sad. Some people should never be parents. EVER. I hope these brothers are set free and get some money for this great injustice.
They should get a new trial, at least.
I totally agree it is manslaughter; these two guys are not normal… just the way they speak. No one will know truly what went on in that house because they have lied so much. However, that letter about abuse predates the killings significantly. Also, subordinates who worked for Mr. Menendez said he was brutal. Listen I cannot understand how they got to the point where they had to kill the parents. There were so many alternatives but they clearly are damaged boys. I don't think the abuse impacted Lyle as much as Erik.
At first, I thought they were lying about being molested. But I watched 48 hours, and there was a photo, were the dad, was holding the boys, and the father, looks like, he has his hands, on one of their, penis area..

I’ll still never get over how they legitimately found photos that Jose Menendez had taken of the brothers naked at 6 and 7. Like what. I’m assuming they barred them from presenting this evidence in their second trial because that’s insane evidence right there

Abuse or no abuse they still didn't have to kill their parents. They were grown and could have moved out anytime they wanted if their parents were abusing them. In my opinion they wanted the money. They're exactly where they should be.

One major factor in that case that they never discussed for whatever reason is that they killed their mom also. The mom probably didn't even know about the SA and their excuse if I remember correctly was that they thought the mom wouldn't want to live after the dad dies. If I remember this correctly, all this argument in this video is just a red herring unless they just want a new trial and not an acquittal,

The irony of it all…. Their father an executive with RCA, and knowing what we know now about the Entertainment (Weinstein/Epstein/Etc.) & Music Industry (R. Simmons/Diddy/Etc)….NONE of this is surprising and it's sad they we're treated so poorly.

I believe it. It's a fact that the boys in Manudo were SA.The boys talked about if they had a sore throat from singing. What the men would have them do. How does this Prosecutor know that they weren't SA? This Hollywood/ Pedowood stories have been being talked about for 5 years. Tunnels under the playboy mansion and cribs in the basement. One tunnel lead to Kirk Douglas's mansion. It's in the music industry too! Their pscyh dr knew they were being SA. I hope they win.

They def killed their parents but the evidence their father abused them is overwhelming. Loads of people witnessed it. They aren't any different than Gypsy Rose. Even if he wasn't a child molester he still physically, mentally and emotionally abused them. Everyone saw it.
