Michelle Mockbee case: Conviction vacated after evidence uncovered

16. I want to know what was said to convince the jury that he did it. There was no concrete evidence pointing to the janitor. This was straight bullsh!t !!

17. In 2018 David Dooley was indicted on charges related to possession of child pornography and use of a minor in a sexual performance. Ya'll still on his side?

18. Now that there's evidence of a strange random guy walking in that will change everything. The jury never saw that video in the first trial.

25. I'm sorry, but charges never should have been brought against him. There is no DNA, physical evidence, or confession. There is absolutely reasonable doubt. They need to wait until they can find something more, because whether or not he did it, they are rolling the dice & he may be found not guilty! Than later on down the road they may find something, but it will be to late- double jeopardy. Besides he's a janitor- not a genius- if he did do it, they should have found something!!!

26. I never thought he was guilty. It seemed like he was railroaded from the start. That’s why he was so angry and spoke directly to the jurors at his sentencing. It’s a shame that he has a one million dollar bond. Pretty interesting that the prosecutor and lead detective were in cahoots.

28. There is absolutely no evidence that he had anything to do with her murder. People have walked with way more evidence and motive.

30. David Dooley gets sent to jail on nothing, not even substantial speculations. Meanwhile, Josh Powell got nothing regardless of all the circumstantial evidence, statements and contradicting information from him and his family.
