  1. Innocence Project needs to look into this case.
Also, the truck driver has a very distinctive walk. I wish they'd distribute that footage/still photos to a target audience, like trucking companies and truck drivers.

  2. If the husband was black he would have been convicted. There was absolutely no evidence. It’ll be in 55 yrs they found the right man. Thank you your set free have a nice day. Huh 🤔

  3. Her sister said it best “ why, why would you murder her” EXACTLY!!!! Why? This shit is stupid!! No evidence what so ever! I will never help anyone out because of shit like this!!! Absolute garbage! The family needs to open their eyes and realize a man will not kill his coworker because he’s stealing company time and she found out ! 🙄🙄🙄 really.

  4. A SUPERVISOR OR SOMEONE INSIDE DID THIS…you tellin me this big secure company doesnt have more than one camera…they were taken down to protect someone

  5. I want to know what was said to convince the jury that he did it. There was no concrete evidence pointing to the janitor. This was straight bullsh!t !!
Also, where was the husband during this whole thing? I didn't hear a statement from him or anything. That's a bit suspish!

  6. In 2018 David Dooley was indicted on charges related to possession of child pornography and use of a minor in a sexual performance. Ya'll still on his side?

  7. Now that there's evidence of a strange random guy walking in that will change everything. The jury never saw that video in the first trial.

  8. Really this is heartbreaking more so that he is charged on what he sad this is really sad Why do i feel they got the wrong guy he was at the right place wrong time trying to make extra money being early Lord help him

  9. If he had murdered her in the moment and then rushed home to clean up, they would have found blood in his truck or somewhere else. I’m not convinced this guy killed her.

  10. I'm sorry, but charges never should have been brought against him. There is no DNA, physical evidence, or confession. There is absolutely reasonable doubt. They need to wait until they can find something more, because whether or not he did it, they are rolling the dice & he may be found not guilty! Than later on down the road they may find something, but it will be to late- double jeopardy. Besides he's a janitor- not a genius- if he did do it, they should have found something!!!

  11. I never thought he was guilty. It seemed like he was railroaded from the start. That’s why he was so angry and spoke directly to the jurors at his sentencing. It’s a shame that he has a one million dollar bond. Pretty interesting that the prosecutor and lead detective were in cahoots.

  12. David Dooley gets sent to jail on nothing, not even substantial speculations. Meanwhile, Josh Powell got nothing regardless of all the circumstantial evidence, statements and contradicting information from him and his family.

  13. I don’t get how people can say justice is served and be excited someone is convicted when there is no evidence. I wouldn’t want someone going to prison if I wasn’t sure they did it….

  14. Her sister is a damn lie 😂😂 I'm a janitor if he clocked his wife in they don't get paid double his wife just gets paid while she at home makes no damn sense I get it you want closure but at least make sense
