  1. Two officers' masterclass on how to trample on a private citizen's protected and constitutional rights in a cavalier fashion. 👌

Even the Guardia Civil were less moronic during the days of Spain's dictatorship.

  2. We're not going to debate this on camera.
Putting a bag down isnt littering
Ahh the "EVERYTHING THAT'S GOING ON IN THE WORLD"
HAVEN'T HEARD THAT ONE IN A WHILE

    EVERYTHING IS SUSPICIOUS TO THEM
    What crime are you investigating?

Its ALWAYS OBSTRUCTION if you don't ID or answer questions. Good leadership is extremely rare

  3. Being on school grounds after hours without being engaged in a school related activity or having prior permission to be there could be considered trespassing, thereby giving these officers full authority to detain this guy for inquiry.

  4. All proactive policing should be ended, with a very few exceptions.
The cop could have simply watched.
Cops would be as popular as firefighters if they patrolled, observed, and waited to be CALLED.
    Just Sayin’

  5. He knows the Law. He just don’t care… He has a god complex… The Sergeant is his Enabler. They both need to be fired.

  6. So I guess he has the right to search the police cars on scene. I mean after all the cops parked there and then abandoned the vehicles to deal with him. Therefore, the cops have lost the right to reasonable privacy of the vehicles. Hell we might as well call a tow truck and tell those cop cars out of there since it's litter 🤷🏼‍♂️

  7. These so called officers violated this guy’s rights. Police are not good. Police are horrible. Police are corrupt. Police are criminals. Police are not heroes. Police are violent psychopaths. Police are useless.

  8. So aggravating the sargeant giving a false example of there being an unattended bag on school property. That's not why the cop approached him. And if they was concerned that the bag was a danger then picking it up was stupid.

He started talking about the bag so that he could harrass him some more.

  9. The Sgt is a good supervisor he protected his employee and tried to deter a complaint but….
That stop was unneeded ! Just foe riding around omg
