Several things that bother me about this case: the egg donor having the audacity to call her daughter’s claim of sexual abuse by that monster “jealousy”, the fact that he not only didn’t get the longer sentence but also served only a short period of his prison sentence, and also the parole board releasing him cuz of “good behavior” Total bull.
That's a strong woman.
No doubt…..he was positively going to murder this girl.
SMFH.
Only Victim is the girl that got assaulted sexually and raped.
What a nightmare
I've never wanted to climb thru a screen and hug someone so bad in my life. This poor woman. She is one extremely strong person. I sincerely hope she has an amazing, peaceful life from here on out.
Did you hear her mother's statement -she thought Tiffany was jealous of her husband. What? Why would a child be jealous over a man? Then admits " all the signs of abuse" we're there. Mom clearly has issues. Tiffany came and told her and she didn't believe her. This poor girl had to tape her rapist to get her OWN MOTHER to believe and help her.
I would have never spoken to her again. Mom should have served jail time for child abuse, neglect, and child endangerment. Why are we letting mothers get away with this cruelty?
I watch a lot of these where the Mom clearly knew or was totally ignoring it/in willful denial but I do believe that she didn't know. I think her immediate change of sides once hearing the tape proves it. I think he was incredibly manipulative person and I think this probably extended to the mother as well.
While I do think she has responsibility in this because she should have taken it seriously regardless and looked into it but I do believe her.
I hope for Tiffany's sake they still have a good relationship and her mother's full support so she still has a parent there for her and on her side. To go though everything she went through and then on top of it all to be left alone and without support would be even more devastating.
I honestly believe he planned to kill this child when she said she was pregnant. You cannot make me believe the mom didn't know. How can that baby be jealous? Of what? Wow.
For her mom to say she felt her daughter was jealous shows she's that type of woman who was so desperate on having a man by her side and that trumped her own child screaming out for her mom to help her and she had deaf ears just to keep that man!!!
Every child deserves a mother but every woman doesn't deserve a child!

What happens in cases like this, is 1) the mom and daughter have some weird power dynamic where they view each other as rivals for the attention of the man 2) the man doesn't realize that the girl is still a child and has no idea what she is doing – or more likely, he does know, but doesn't care 3) the girl doesn't really realize what she is doing and is just caught up in the game of it.

Children almost NEVER make false allegations of sexual abuse. Believe your fucking child if they come to you and be vigilant and look for signs, foster a good relationship with them and be in tune. It's often the people closest to you that you trust the most that do these things, be aware.

I literally got sick after @8:25 mark. Had to pause and take a breather…that's so horrifyingly disgusting that I just don't understand why he's allowed to live his life freely. He should be in jail for the rest of his life. I don't think he can be rehabilitated, I'm sorry he needs to go back. And if anything it should be determined by the survivor whether he should be released…if she's fearful of her life he needs to seriously go back to prison.
Is there anything we can do? Make flyers that say "stay away from this child rapists"? Can we donate so that she can relocate to somewhere safe, possibly 1,000's of miles away from where he's living. Is there a protection order against him, where he's not allowed to be anywhere near her? What can we do to make sure she's safe? I'd honestly would like to know and help.
