  1. Oh wow the father of her unborn baby was arrested and charged with her and her baby? At least this is what I read on her updated on this comment sections. So horrible. May her and her unborn baby RIP.

  2. Everything about this case stinks! From the $900 dollars for a simple baby shower, to the running around to different banks collecting money with a friend, to the baby's father. I just pray they find out what happened

They arrested the father of her son. It took them 5 years, but they got his ass. I can't imagine how her step-dad felt knowing his childhood friend was going behind his back seeing his daughter and impregnated her. It would be devastating if I learned someone I introduced my children to did something like that, I wouldn't be able to forgive myself. Akia was very obviously loved tremendously, I pray they find her and baby so they can be laid to rest properly.

  4. I mean it's kinda obvious who would be the prime suspect and what the motive would likely be. Poor girl, unborn baby and her little girl. Prayers they find her ❤️.

  5. She was a moron for not telling her family or any of her friends who the father was. Doing that makes it impossible to find out who’d want her dead. Maybe they could take the babies DNA and put it through CODIS or the other DNA companies. It’s obvious he’s be the only one who wouldn’t want her to have the baby. Y would she walk away that isn’t even a viable option. If the father isn’t responsible then someone could’ve targeted her to get her baby. It’s happened before

  6. This video raised so many questions. Her child's father should be a person of interest. I find it very strange that she went to several banks and was cashing all of these checks. I truly feel like she was being taken advantage of by this older man. 😕 He probably was seeing her on the low and was upset when he found out she was pregnant. The fact that he's a "childhood friend" of her stepfather is crazy to me. He was never introduced to the family because the relationship was probably not something he wanted the world to know. I hope she wasn't scammed out of her money and setup. It's sad that ppl prey on young girls. I wish the family had some sort of relationship with her child's father or something. This entire story is so sad and confusing 😞😔😓.

  7. I feel for anyone losing a loved one. But please stop making babies back to back. You are setting yourself up for a lifetime of poverty. Love yourself first.

  8. The father of her unborn baby was arrested last month. I always suspected him. Rip Akia and her unborn child. Blessings to the family left behind. 💔

  9. These various cashier checks that have to be cashed at different banks has got to me tied to her disappearance.
People will kill you for crumbs much less whatever she had..

  10. No sightings in local hospitals but what about surrounding areas? With her description and a breached birth, she wouldn't go unnoticed. I truly hope her and her baby are OK but her father says she wouldn't leave her daughter and I believe so too, it's always baffling how people can go missing in mysterious ways, especially this case given that she was a month away from giving birth.

  11. Sounds like one big mess, be careful of the company you keep and the people you know, you have to know what kind of people you hang around with.

  12. She disappeared in 2017. It's now 2021 with no updates. I truly hope she is found one day, even if it is just a body so that her family can get closure and so that the police may have more to go on.

  13. I live near Baltimore. Our local news should release a new story about her. Put her face out there again. Prayers for those close to her.
