  1. So sad. I really hope the girl is alive. Just like the Jay slater case here in the uk. I checked Google to see if Tenerife have an extradition treaty because that would make sense why they went out there to unalive him. Law and crime I wish you would speak about uk cases to and not just USA

  2. The mom stated that she and her hubby argued and the next day the girl was missing. The step-dad came back two weeks later and at that time she ask where Magdelina was. Stepdad met Diana online dating site for Eastern European women wanting to come to US. He seemingly wanted a young woman he could control and she wanted to get to US as easy as possible. What could possibly go wrong?

  3. So they heard them talking about all that money AND she has personal connections and a strong history with foreign countries and they don’t take her passport?! The prosecutor or judge didn’t demand it be handed over?! This is their fault.

  4. It’s always someone that has a boyfriend or step dad… I wonder what the stats are on this. It seems these cases mom/dad is never married to the real dad/mom

  5. She's probably back in Europe. Maybe with her bio Dad, maybe the mom married her off to somebody. Who knows? I don't think she's dead and hope she isn't. At this point this is really out of America's hands, the American police did what they could, it's up to the Moldovan police to pursue this if they want to.

  6. Posting smug, smirking photos on the plane back to her country is disgusting. No concern for her missing child b/c she knows where she is and what happened to her.

  7. Why did the school wait 3 weeks? Did she lie for 3 weeks about her absence to the school ? Or did the school not call at all. Did mom lie and say, oh, she was on vacation?

  8. If she is innocent I hope she never comes back. I don't blame her. Impunity is very unprofessional in this country. Heaven for her baby… ameen.

  9. I worked in this city when this happened. I never heard a word about it until people started putting up signs in their yards and on their businesses of her missing child picture. This is so infuriating and disturbing. These "parents" don't deserve the title. There is no scenario where a real parent wouldn't report their child missing immediately.
